Christophe Vaudable is in charge of the data department for the Pierre et Vacances - Center Parcs group, and his mission is to implement the group's data strategy.
In the past, Christophe has led several data transformation plans, some of which were in historic companies that were initially built without any digital or data vision. The challenge then was to make these organizations capable of capturing the full value potential of modern data use cases.
Although necessary, it can happen that these transformation plans encounter technical and/or organizational adaptation issues that must be properly identified to limit the risk of failure.
