An alumnus of UVCE’s Computer Science Department, Dr. Sekhar went on to pursue his MS and Ph.D. in Computer Science from Indiana University, beginning his illustrious career at NASA Ames Research Center. He later became the Chief Architect of HP Labs’ e-speak initiative and went on to co-found multiple successful ventures including Confluent Software, Securent, and Skyhigh Networks (which later merged with McAfee).
From UVCE classrooms to global innovation hubs, his story is a testament to curiosity, courage, and the spirit of creation.
