Here, Brian explains the system of Domestication of Foreign Judgments under the FDCPA and the Uniform Enforcement of Foreign Judgments Act (UEFJA). Debt collectors will go so far as to ignore the US Constitution Full Faith and Credit Clause in garnishing debtors' paychecks as they did here in this real example that Brian fought to help his Michigan client against an old and wrongful, Colorado Judgment.
