The greatest joy in working with today's youth-to-young adults is watching the lightbulb brighten as they create their customized blueprints for success as they learned and transition to the real world.

Last week, one of our Cohort Members did not have an entrepreneurial mindset, fast forward a week later and she not only has the mindset but has developed a plan of implementation according to one of her skillsets.

Watching her navigate the discussion according to her experience is key and maintain create buy-in while breaking barriers that currently exist.

She will be ok by the time her program ends to transition to the next phase of life and being confident in doing so. Less fear, anxiety, worry and frustration are emotions she is overcoming.
