🔻But, To pursue a lawsuit is a huge process:🔻

Lawsuits usually take years and there has to be an investment of at least $100,000 to continue.
The person suing has to be prepared to spend it themselves or be willing to find an attorney to take the case on contingency for about 30% of whatever the winnings are.
Then, the attorney has to spend the money themselves… hoping to get a bigger pay day at the end that will cover their expenses.
Attorneys will only take on the case if they know that their person is going to win the settlement and that the person they are suing has a bunch of legal money that the can someone attach themselves to.
