FOOD FOR THOUGHT
hello everyone, welcome to our safe space! originally, I wanted this podcast to focus on self-help and "in your twenty" topics (which it still does) but over time, I have utilized this space as a way to care for myself. if I can describe this podcast perfectly, I would say "this podcast feels like you're on the phone with a best friend and she can't stop talking." as a 24-year-old, who is a mental health professional and has received her fair share of mental health services, I want to shed light on the taboo and create a space full of honesty and authenticity. and this is exactly that.

Spirit Box Radio started airing in November 2020. It now has almost 100 episodes and won the The People's Choice Podcast Awards Best Fiction Podcast of 2021, and a finalist in the 2021 Audio Verse Awards, at which it also won Best Guest Performance.
