Danielle North: Pause

Danielle North: Pause

2020-10-0701:16:33

We're excited to announce the latest edition of Life Changing Conversations where Neil Shah spoke with Danielle North. Best selling author Danielle North has been running global retreats since 2013, creating a global movement to raise consciousness by inspiring people with the simple power of Pause. Before creating Pause Global, she spent 3 years living and working in Asia, where she setup a pioneering coaching company and an award-winning change management consultancy. After learning that goals and ambitions could be just as happily and successfully achieved when simply allowing the body and mind to pause, she adapted her approach to work and life and Pause was born. A keen diver, Danielle loves nothing more than swimming to the depths, whether that’s in our precious oceans, her own personal growth or alongside others on their own journey of transformation. We hope enjoy the podcast and find some time to...Pause!

Alex Wenman Podcast

This is a really magical discussion with the incredible Alexandra Wenman, who is a ‘Cosmic Compass, light bringer, activator, channel and seer’ she facilitates deep healing, and transformation by connecting you with your ‘higher self’ and guides! I’ll be honest I was a bit sceptical when this was booked in, and I agreed to have a session with he before we recorded. Let’s just say it was pretty profound. As observed by our lovely producer Suzy Beaumont ‘It’s the calmest and most relaxed I’ve ever heard you!!’ And we’ve known each for years! So as much as it may seem a bit ‘woo-woo’, it’s a fascinating listen and come with an open mind as you will find it valuable!
We're excited to announce that Neil Shah spoke with a very special guest: Rabbi Steve Leder. Steve joined us by video link from Los Angeles, he is author of several best selling books including 'More Beautiful Than Before' - a book exploring how pain and suffering transform us, which is a very timely book considering the world we currently find ourselves in The podcast begins: "Everyone of us, sooner or later, goes through hell..." A fascinating podcast, enjoy

As well as being the author of Transform Your Body Transform Your Life and host of the RNT Fitness Radio podcast, which has amassed over 150,000 downloads in 90+ countries across 120+ episodes.
