It can be difficult for the empath, because of the vast amount of energies that are all around us all day long. This can also be very confusing to an empath that is not aware of themself beingenergetic essence. It is vital for the empath to have alone time so they can recharge and relax in their own divine essence. This is your gift, which is a natural innate ability that all of us have. Fortunate due to "Free Will" we have the 'Will" to believe in such things, that actually limit us, it isn't until we open our hearts, while clearing our minds that the empath finds its balance in the world, by feeling the deep passion that drives them to create, inspire, and uplift the whole of humanity. Realizing that we are the mirror of reflection, so do not be afraid to look at the person in front of you, because that person is showing you a part of yourself that you cannot see. This is one of the laws of the Universe, which is the Law of Correspondence. As above so below, as within so without. Our universe is always supporting us, in everything we do.
