This podcast really resonated with me and gave me a lot to think about when it comes to my own mental health. I agree that this is a topic that needs to be talked about more and definitely something I should be thinking about in myself more. After listening I took some time to really think about my current thought processes and how I feel in myself. I was definitely able to reevaluate my personal goals and what I want to focus on now moving forward....
