Hello! So Ben Te Maro (Clinical Therapist and Group Fitness Instructor) was one of our top downloaded guest episodes in Season 1 that we asked for him to come back and finish off talking about how we can best manage our emotions.Once we're able to understand the reasoning and functionality of an emotion, we allow ourselves the permission to accept its experience and move forward in a healthy and productive manner that helps us grow as individuals.Ben shares great insight on the WHY we feel the things we do and puts its so simply that there are many "ohhhh, of course!" moments in here.We also touch on "oversharing" on social media, relationship and trust issues, and what does "aligning your heart and your mind" means in a logical and scientific term. You can find more of our content on Instagram, Spotify, Apple Podcasts:@THEHIGHFREQUENCYCLUBPlease leave a review and share this with your friends if you found it of any value! :)M & S

Hello!Welcome back! Thank you for tuning in :)This episode is EXTREMELY valuable. Our guest speaker is Ben Te Maro, a Clinical Therapist who is specialised around understanding emotions and its functionality. With the current state of society and the push for mainstreaming the management of mental wellness, this episode gives reasoning and understanding to our emotions, what we can do to manage them when they arise and how we can differentiate its effective use vs limiting use. Around this topic, Ben also shares his experience on how he deals with having a perfectionist mindset and his strategies on moving forward when it becomes disabling. Another extremely relevant topic is when he dives deep into the emotion of LOVE. He discusses the difference between its logical functionality vs the romanticised version society and media has fed us. We could write on and on about this but we know you would rather listen to Ben himself! As always, you can catch all of our episodes on Spotify, Apple Podcasts and Instagram @THEHIGHFREQUENCYCLUB Please leave a like, subscribe, review and rating so we can continue bringing in more valuable content like this! M & S.
