In this podcast, I will be sharing a ton of information and knowledge that would be useful for you if you are struggling, or if you know someone else who is struggling with mental health. Even if you are not struggling or know anyone who is, this podcast is going to be a great place to gain knowledge on the topic of mental health. I am not a professional. I am simply someone who has life-long lived experience with mental health struggles, and is looking to share what helped me, with hopes of helping others.

I also included specific resources for faith-based individuals, people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, and veterans.
