First - please excuse my use of the word “divulge” instead of “indulge” TWICE. I swear perimenopause brain gets the best of me sometimes 😭. Today I am sharing my GLP1 journey and the positive effects it has made in my health the past year. I have never been one to hide or feel ashamed of anything I do in life (not sure if that's a good or bad thing, lol), and I see SO much information, misinformation and all things in between online these days surrounding this topic. I felt called to share, so here it is! Today I share; - what led me to even consider adding a GLP1 to my health & wellness tool box- my GP's reaction when I inquired about it and voiced concerns about my weight and lethargy- how I acquired and how I pay for my GLP1- results and side effects - (for me) the importance of not solely relying on the medication for weight loss & continuing to incorporate healthy daily habits and routines- positive potential benefits coming out in research- not being concerned with the nay-sayers or uneducated opinionsI feel like a million bucks again.
