Louise talks about the first of six structured telephone sessions she has received from the charity Change Grow Live. This charity provides support and advice to people quitting addictions. They discuss how long they think the danger zone lasts and how to get past it. They also talk about strategies they have put in this week to avoid drinking triggers.Louise talks about the benefit of joining online support groups such as groups that can be found on Facebook.
