The Almost Healed Podcast is a wellness focused podcast co-hosted by Remy Kennedy, a Holistic Health Coach and Energetic Intuitive and Lauren Cortez, a Holistic Therapist with a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy. Remy and Lauren are two long-time friends who thrive on sharing their passion for living a balanced, fun, holistic lifestyle. Our focus with Almost Healed is to share the ins and outs of our healing journeys, both physical and emotional, with the hopes of supporting you through yours. We believe that healing is a journey, without a final destination. Our goal is to bring awareness to this by not only working toward a state of alignment together, but embracing happiness along the way. We’ll be covering topics like holistic nutrition, meditation tips, alternative healing, therapy techniques, inner child work and spirituality.We hope to create a safe space for authentic, respectful conversations where no topic will be too polarizing. We’re here to laugh through it all, find joy in the little things, and truly thrive - and we want to bring you along for all of it.
