Toshamakia (afternoon drive host on KQKS-FM) and Big Dave (Dave Szvetits, who is a pro body builder & personal trainer who lives in Denver) will have a weekly podcast that discusses health, fitness and nutrition. With the prevalence of diabetes and health issues in the Hispanic and African-American communities, we will educate our listeners about exercise and fitness to improve their health.
