Injuries and pain are an unfortunate part of life. However, they can be turned into a positive by adopting the right mindset and a little bit of knowledge. This week's episode is about how Kevin and Brendan were able to use their injuries to better their own training and health interspersed with tips and advice on how to do the same and what mindset to take if you do get injured. This week's episode is going to be the precursor to a growing theme amongst our guests and the products that we are putting out, as we have seen too many people's health and wellness get derailed by poor injury management and prevention.
