Description

Welcome to But, What If You Did?—the podcast where we explore the depths of human experience in tandem with the spiritual world together!

I’ve learned that life isn’t about rigid paths or perfect plans or saying 'yes' to all the things that society tells us we have to say 'yes' to. It’s about asking the right questions, quieting the noise so you can more clearly tune in to your body's innate wisdom, learning to dance and thrive within your own unique energetic blueprint and daring to dream a little bigger. This podcast is your permission slip to wonder what if?—and to step boldly into the magic of possibility.

I don't have it all figured out but one thing is for certain - exploring our inner and outer worlds in community sure makes life a lot more fun! Some weeks its personal diary style - lessons in real time and other times its conversation with inspiring individuals just like you and I figuring it all out right alongside us - sometimes you'll hear from expanders in the spiritual space and sometimes its just my favorite authors but my hope is that you'll take a little bit of inspiration and maybe even see a piece of yourself within each conversation!

In Episode 83, I'm sharing an unpopular opinion around how we're really only hurting ourselves by rushing away the uncomfortable messy middle seasons in order to get to the next box on the success checklist. Today's conversation is a lot of self-reflection but I'm also seeing these lessons reflected back in new ways recently. When we...
