Description

Today we're kicking off season 4! In today's conversation we dive into what is trust, how to build trust, the difference between practical trust & emotional trust, what trust in the work place looks like and how to rebuild trust when trust is lost. We also dip our toe in exploring what relational capital is and how it might just be the thing that gets your through those tougher messy middle transitions.
