From her love to all things gold, motorcycles, and vaginal health, Marnie is the perfect combination of fun and professionalism.
A Naturopathic Doctor based in Toronto, she helps people shift gears so that they can feel better.
In completing the Y.O.U. Collective Life Coach Training, I have had the honour of coaching Marnie for the past few years. Watching her make a difference in people’s lives is truly inspiring.
Julie Brown is a loving woman, devoted mother of two, a Y.O.U. Collective Coach. She is also a runner.
She is proof that there is a fine line between hate and love as she turned a strong dislike for running into a full-blown passion.
After trying and giving up on running several times, something shifted. Her marriage had fallen apart. She had lost more weight than she had to lose. Had gone to therapy and had started working with a trainer. When a friend told her that she had signed up for a half-marathon, Julie thought: “Why not?”
That was the beginning of a new love story, in all senses of the word. She ran her first half and has run several since. In March she will be running another in her favorite city: New York City.
In this interview Julie shares her journey from hate to love through running.
Ana-Maria Constantinescu is a life and performance coach for high-performance athletes and coaches. She is a former pro athlete herself and a former NCAA Div 1 tennis player.
Originally from Romania, Ana-Maria started playing tennis at 5 years old before moving to Canada in her early teens. Her talent landed her a scholarship to the University of Oklahoma where she competed and completed a Bachelors degree in Psychology.
After ending her professional career, Ana-Maria started coaching tennis back in Canada.
We met at a workshop that I was offering just over 3 years ago. I sometimes forget when things actually happen, however I had brought my dog, Bali, as he was only a couple months old at the time and he is now 3 and a half.
This was Ana-Maria’s first experience with life coaching and she is now one herself.
Chrissy is an explorer, a lover of positive vibes, a multi-passionate entrepreneur and creator of ripple effects. Since embarking on her journey of self-discovery over the past few years, she has: left a comfortable 9 to 5 job, became a yoga teacher, started a home-based business with a network marketing company, and is a certified Y.O.U. Collective Coach!
Her intention was to uncover her purpose and identify the best fit for her natural abilities. As she continues to uncover her amazing gifts, she now helps others to do the same. Chrissy is all about living life on her own terms and making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
