I signed up for a 5K! π
I'm not *quite* ready for it, and although I still have time to train, I wanted to share some of my self-coaching and goal-setting strategies to prepare myself for this race after healing my relationship with running and taking a long break from the sport.

Emotional eating: have you ever struggled with it?
