Too busy to read every book on your list?
Subscribe to my podcast today and get the summary of your favourite books delivered to you.

Listen to a book summary instead, so you can quickly glean knowledge, prepare for a meeting, or decide to buy the book. Rather than spending six to 10 hours reading a single book, some of us might even spend weeks or months to complete a single book, you might spend a few minutes to an hour instead.

This podcast is for Time-starved entrepreneurs, busy managers, executives, students and many others will all get value from my podcast of book summaries.

I have taken the time to read the book and create a new product called a summary. This book summary is far shorter than the original book, covering key points made by the book author but in the words and sentences of the summarizer.

A book summary is not plagiarism nor a copycat trying to pretend it’s the original. Rather, the summary is its own new work — but shorter and crediting the original writer for his or her big ideas.

You will get high value from this book summary podcast if you are an Employee or a manager who work in large enterprises. It is also ideal for people with lengthy reading lists and for Kindle users.

I hope to provide you with the largest catalog of high-quality book summaries.

7 Lessons From the book: Winning the War in Your Mind: Change Your Thinking, Change Your Life. Pastor and author Craig Groeschel understands deeply this daily battle against self-doubt and negative thinking, and in this powerful new book he reveals the strategies he's discovered to change your mind and your life for the long-term. This book is divided into 4 parts: the first one encouraged us to examine our thoughts and identify the lies that we've come to believe, next we are guided to understand how our brain works and how to rewire it. The third one, we start to learn how reframe our thinking; and lastly identify our mental triggers and overcome them through prayer and praise. At the end of each chapter, there's an exercise page which includes a short summary and a series of questions to help us reflect—so we can immediately put into practice the strategies that we just learned. "If you look for what's bad, you will find the bad. If you look for what's negative, you will find plenty to be negative about. If you look for things to be critical of, there is always going to be something to criticize. On the other hand, if you look for God's goodness, you will see it. You'll start seeing his fingerprints and occasionally feel like he's winking at you. As you pay attention to how God is working, you will also find yourself seeing the good in people. This practice will change your relationships. Your attitude will be transformed, and the right attitude always precedes the right actions." ==================================================== This series of podcast was borne to provide you with life lessons, business lessons and summaries of your favourite best sellers. Although pain is inevitable, suffering is optional. This book offers a completely new paradigm and understanding of where our human experience comes from, allowing us to end our own suffering and create how we want to feel at any moment. We cannot solve our problems with the same level of consciousness that created them. Tactics are temporary. An expansion of consciousness is permanent. This book was written to help you go beyond your thinking and discover the truth of what you already intuitively know deep inside your soul. =================================================== 1) The root cause of our suffering is our own thinking. 2) Stop thinking and end your problems. 3) Do not let the behavior of others destroy your inner peace. 4) Our feelings do not come from external events, but from our own thinking about the events. 5) If you want to find the truth, look for simplicity. 6) There is nothing either good or bad but thinking makes it so. 7) To a mind without the limits of thinking, anything is possible.
