Finding JOMO - Embracing Life Without Alcohol

This podcast is all about embracing life without alcohol, or as the title suggests, finding the joys in missing out. It's aimed at anyone who has made the often difficult choice to take a break from alcohol and wishes to hear about the relatable stories and challenges of others doing the same thing. But it's also for those considering taking a break but who may be struggling to untangle their relationship with alcohol and unsure what life without it might be like. You'll hear from people who have struggled with their relationship with alcohol in the past and about the impact that it has had on their lives, but we'll predominantly focus on the benefits of taking a break from alcohol in the hope that we can highlight how good life can be when you remove alcohol. The irony in the title is that you soon realise that you don't miss out on anything, in fact you gain in so many ways when you take a clean break from alcohol
