Caroline's research was greatly influenced by the work of Csikzentmihaly. A brilliant man whose research provides a foundation to the impact of flow on activities undertaken. When we redirect a student we are making  a choice to interact around inappropriate behaviour. Conflict can be caused through not knowing our boundaries and often waiting too long to have the redirection.
