Over the last 30 years of my career, I have had the privilege of being exposed to and using many coaching paradigms. The 4D framework is the evolution of this knowledge this experience and the research, I put my entire life on hold for, over a 6-year period. When we think the product we have is enough, then we are fools. Anything we do should always be under constant review, renewal when needed and replacement when the evidence tells us it is time. It is better, it reflects current needs of teachers and coaches to have the conversations required to create the environment in which we want to work, live, love and play.
