Sunshine is a major source of Vitamin D in our bodies which is vitally important to our health. It is also associated with reductions in episodes of depression. Our modern lifestyle and diet do not give us the levels of vitamin D our body requires so it’s very important to make time to go out into the sunshine for at least ten minutes a day.

While there are many forms of meditation, one growing trend is “Mindfulness Meditation”. I’ve found it to be extremely helpful and I’m grateful I’ve learned it.
