Great meditations , would benefit a lot if spoken with gentle voice
Thank you very much for the meditation. It helped me a lot get quickly into body consciousness. It has been a long time since I did my Vipassana course and my practice was not at all regular. This short meditation brought me back to almost same level of calmness and consciousness.
