In episode 6 we are continuing our conversation from last week which was all about getting to know yourself. Self investigation is soooo important because your self worth, which determines your confidence, ability to achieve goals and general mental health n’ happiness, is all rooted in how you feel about yourself. Living intentionally goes hand in hand with being authentically yourself, and that can’t come from a place of self hate. In order to love yourself enough to live the life you deserve, you must learn about who you are and what it is that makes you, you! In this episode we go on to discuss journalling: why it’s useful for us and some prompts you can do to self interview. We also chat about the reaaaal reality of inner child work (&play!) facing the ugliness of doing shadow work, identity, self development, the power of saying NO and following your joy. We recommend some great resources to learn more about your past-selves so as to help your future self flourish. Let us know what you think! LOVE YA BYE xoxo

Hey You! In this episode we chat more about the concept of learning to live with intention and get detailed on ways you can get to know more about who YOU are. We see a huge value in self investigation as a way to become a better cheerleader for yourself! You will blossom in your health, relationships, career and in pursuit of goals so much more if you are your own biggest supporter! We talk all about the reasons for learning more about you you you, the concept of identity, methods to discovering more that might be buried deep inside, and why its so valuable! There are many downsides of being your own biggest critic and its easy to sl*g off someone you don't trust, or dont like, which can often be how we feel about ourselves. The first step to self love in our opinion is understanding. You can use this podcast as a support in learning to understand yourself better, and thus love yourself better! As Ru Paul would say 'If you can't love yourself, how in the hell you gonna love somebody else?' ....AMEN!

Hello lovelies!🪴 Thanks for coming to peek at our new podcast! For the first episode we decided it would be fun, and quite useful to tell you who the hell we (think) we are and what we're about. Over the course of our podcast experience we’ll be learning ourselves, offering advice, telling you about our own experiences, setting each other lil’ challenges and giving you guys loads of great recommendations; books, ted talks, music, products and more! Joy-in us (bit cult-y that) xx
PS: This episode used to be 'Are you sure? Conversations on Confidence' but we have replaced it as it wasn't up to our unreasonably high standards (working on that haha). We will speak more about building confidence with a GUEST confidence coach in Season 2! Keep your eyes peeled for it xox
