Jack Thornton has been a mainstay within the Irish Powerlifting Federation for years. He's served many roles; athlete, coach, referee, representing the country both as a lifter and as a handler. Jody Stevens has been a natural athlete all her life. Encouragement from her mother led her to many athletic pursuits and further education in physical fitness. Trying out a local powerlifting meet following a friend's suggestion, Jody started on the fast track to the top ranks of the sport domestically.
