I specialise in Nervous System health and stress management. I am a qualified naturopath, nutritionist, reiki healer and Spinal Flow practitioner.
In each episode, I aim to fill your mind with gems of wisdom, little reminders and all things holistic living + nervous system regulation, to help you start living your BEST LIFE.
Plus, I'm not afraid to have some unconventional conversations and challenge the mainstream narrative, to help awaken you to new ways of thinking and being.
My mission for this podcast is to offer you insight to help you become more self-aware and empowered when it comes to your mind, body and wellness.
I also love the idea of keeping freedom of speech and holistic wisdom alive, in a time of such wild censorship.
