The “Marathon Methods” podcast aims to empower listeners to become better marathon runners. Hosted by seasoned Irish runner, Bobbie Baker, who after a 4h10m marathon debut, has gone on to run six successive marathons under the magical sub-3-hour barrier, including a 2-hour 43m personal best in October 2024. This podcast provides practical guidance, expert insights, and inspiration for both beginners and experienced runners.
