Petar Baykov is a Bulgarian film, theater, and voice actor, singer, producer, influencer, businessman, and model. He is mainly involved in dubbing movies, series, and commercials in Bulgarian and English. However, he is more than that – he is a DREAMER, but not just any dreamer, a consistent, dedicated, goal-oriented, and accomplished DREAMER. From a young age, he dreamed of drawing, singing, and telling fairy tales by changing his voice… and that's exactly what he does. With much love and inspiration, he illustrated, composed the music, and voiced all the characters in his first fairy tale - "Snow White (Petar Baykov's Version)." Besides voicing all the beloved characters (princes, princesses, and other creatures😊), Petar also dubs movies and series such as "Game of Thrones," for example. Petar first gained wide popularity with his participation in the sixth season of "Bulgaria's Got Talent," where he live-performed over 40 different male and female voices. We don't know if you know this, but we were certainly surprised to learn that he graduated from the National Trade and Banking High School. After that, he began his path by studying film and television production in London, but his intuition brought him back to Bulgaria. He studied under Professor Tsvetana Maneva and Associate Professor Snezhina Petrova, as well as Dimitar Marinov. Wisdom, respect, and love can be found in the episode with him. Watch it! #Youth edition
When you start communicating with him, it's like returning to a warm and cozy place by the fire, anticipating a new story, wisdom, meaning. He has the voice and presence of a true storyteller. Georgi Toshev is the most-read author of biographical books in Bulgaria. Nevena Kokanova, Tatyana Lolova, Tsvetana Maneva, Katya Paskaleva, Georgi Partsalev, Naum Shopov, Bogdana Karadocheva, and Stefan Dimitrov have shared their thoughts with him and have allowed him close access to their worlds. He met with one of the most famous people in the world, produced 12 seasons of "Before Noon," and worked on 10 seasons of "The Other Bulgaria" and "Like at the Cinema." His interviews with celebrities are his trademark, and his collaborations with BBC and Netflix open doors to a global audience. What is mentioned here is nothing more than a few facts, but he remains your choice as the listeners to interpret him in a way that resonates with you in that specific moment. She is graceful, elegant, delicate... yet not so fragile. She is a person who, despite the "No" moments in her life, has a Medal for RESILIENCE. She is the captain of our historic rhythmic gymnastics team that brought home the gold from the Tokyo 2020 Olympics (held in 2021). She can't remember why she didn't give up; many in her position would have. Her dream begins to come true slowly, gradually, and late, but not too late. Professional sports aren't for everyone. But those who reach the top have precisely the toughness and resilience to rise above the circumstances. They have the ability to transform failures and rejections. They keep going. This is the profile of a successful athlete. This is the mindset of a champion. It doesn't happen without pain, failures, and disappointments. But it does happen – when you have a goal, perseverance, people who believe in you, and the right mindset. We share with you our pleasure from an honest conversation with Simona Dyankova. "We, the athletes, have been through many difficult things; we haven't been carefree, but we've had goals, achieved them, and that has opened many doors for us. We've developed as individuals, which I think is very important!", Simona. Here, we want to thank our partners: Genica News, Iris Solutions, H-Vision, and Viber
Sports Missionary, Yet a Small Encyclopedia A person who has accumulated experience not because of age, but because of the ability to analyze what is happening. Open to learning and experimenting. Kamen Alipiev - Kedara is a prominent urban bohemian who, by coincidence, gains fame as a sports journalist and commentator. Married to Bulgarian National Television in 1987 before he turned 21, the marriage lasted 32 years and was ended by the bride at the end of the summer of 2019. Despite still loving his ex-wife greatly, he now enjoys his freedom and embarks on various adventures related to his profession. He hosts two radio shows - "Jitbol" on the online radio station "Tangra Mega Rock" (together with Vasil Varbanov and Nikola Stoyanov) and "Sports Meeting" on Radio Sofia. He comments on Bulgarian basketball and EuroLeague on Max Sport, as well as the NBA on Diema. Deeply involved with the "Mailbox for Tales" project, he performs on stage and is about to become part of the European tour of this renowned project. Recently, he gained popularity through his participation as the captain of the "Kedar" team on the TV show "I Love Bulgaria," which airs prime time on bTV. At 58 (he will turn 58 on April 17), he continues to carry his childlike innocence and belief in people, which makes him very easily fooled! We know his soul from the dances. We've seen him with passion in his eyes and posture, with tenderness and care in his support. We've also seen him in pain last week, dancing with a broken toe on the same day. But here, in this episode, we dive into the depth. Without sensationalism or cheap news, rather into his lessons and mindfulness. Atanas Mesechkov is a Balkan champion in sports dances and holder of the title "Champion of Bulgaria". His name seems to be synonymous with the art of dance in the country. Several appearances in different seasons of the dance reality show "Dancing Stars" make him a true symbol of the dance scene. Over the past three years, he has studied, experimented, and developed in the fields of marketing and medicine. He publishes the print edition Genica News, featuring Lily Ivanova, Maria Bakalova, Poli Genova, Orlin Pavlov, numerous doctors, and public figures on its covers. The magazine discusses significant topics such as the prevention of various diseases. With such a cause, Nasco is the author and host of the video channel Genica News, where you can watch interviews with professionals in various fields of medicine. Recently, Nasco revived another project - with a social cause "Be Brave with Marti", dedicated to children and their acceptance of various traumatic events. Once again, he stands behind causes related to health and in support of women with endometriosis. And his signature is one and the same, no matter what he undertakes - passion, dedication, learning, commitment. This also applies to his family, where he and the wonderful Kremena raise 4 children.
He wakes up very early and manages to make everyone laugh. Definitely one of the most beloved radio hosts in the Bulgaria, not only because of his unique sense of humor and strong convictions but also because of his particularly good taste in both valuable and quirky music. An actor and television presenter who has managed to impose himself with his own style and authenticity. His words flow uncontrollably and sometimes in strange directions. But when Mitko faced Milena in Mindset Power Talk, it was all about code name: SEA ;) We hadn't seen Mitko Pavlov serious and analytical before, and this worried both him and us, but also made us pretty happy ... because there might not be a force that could make him read the weather forecast, but Milena made him reflect on topics he had never thought about before. The mistakes: "I've made mistakes when I've taken jobs for money and to scratch my ego." - Mitko Pavlov 📚Books: Stephen King - "The Tale" 🎵Music: Depeche Mode U2 🏫What should children learn in school? Maria Silvestar... here we usually publish a brief introduction, but in this case - it's impossible. A universe of emotions, an endless source of stories, a deep self awareness, lots of laughter…to tears, and so honest when it comes to her failures. She declared herself with her beauty, but things didn’t stoped there. She began her career as a model - in the mid 90s - in Bulgaria, Turkey, Italy, and South Africa. Her television career began as a scriptwriter on the show "Na kafe," but what makes her one of the most recognizable hosts in Bulgaria are her unique sense of humor, her authentic presence, her honest conversations, and her running from the "boring" comfort zone. A true "deer pioneer" in Mindset Power Talk with Milena Hadzhiivanova. MINDSET IN ACTION by Maria Silvestar: “When people take action, they should be aware that, yes, there will be setbacks and challenges along the way. However, if you persist and feel that what you are doing is right and aligned with your purpose, then you will reach your truth, the essence that is a treasure for you. It awaits you there! The more daunting, the more fearful, the more concerning the situation, the more precisely you are stepping into the right path. Because otherwise, it is very easy to become complacent when you are praised and told "well done" or "super." It may feel good in the moment, but true growth requires facing adversity and pushing beyond your comfort zone. Embrace the challenges as opportunities for growth and development.” What should children learn in school? 1. Critical Thinking 2. Emotional Intelligence 3. 🎙️She is Katya Antonova - the author of the most read children's books in Bulgaria, a publisher, and owner of the "Ribka" publishing house. She is a mother of 4 beautiful children and an inspiration to thousands across the country. WHAT NOT EVERYONE KNOWS IS THE CHILD...IN HER. How often does Katya turn to it? About authenticity. About our desire to transform ourselves and the people we love. Mindset in action by Katya Antonova: 💬 "We need to like ourselves a little. I really want us to love ourselves, but at least to like ourselves a bit, so that we are sensitive to our needs." 💬 "We reason too black and white. As important as it is to be consistent, it's equally important to know how to finish, to let go, and to move on to something new!" 💬 "The most essential thing we can do is not to fight for the world but to fight for ourselves. He won the WSK Open Cup in the "Mini" class in the 2019 season with the Italian team "Team Driver/KR". In 2021, he started competing in the senior category. 🎙 This podcast is different. It may take some time for you to get used to Yanka Trachuk's speech, but it's worth listening to her. She is 100% deaf, but that doesn't stop her from speaking. From first grade, she attended a regular school, graduated High School for Fine Arts, became an entrepreneur, and a mother of two kids. For her, nothing is impossible! Despite the challenges of learning to speak, she claims there are no conditions for equal access to information. Her dream is to make the world more colorful and better. Yanka is the owner (together with her husband) of the custom furniture company ALAN, where clients sometimes don't even realize they are communicating with a deaf person. She also owns and manages the Box to Remember business, supports the work of JAMBA, and even participated in the film "The Other Possible Life" (2004), where she auditioned and was selected among other hearing candidates. What makes her so lively, smiling, and successful? ... Curiosity. Literally, towards everything! Heartfelt thanks to Boris Bundev—one of the founders of Stray Sheep—for making this episode accessible to the deaf community. Following this partnership, part of Mindset Power Talk's cause is to make our content related to personal development accessible to the deaf community. We empathize with the fate of those people who often live in social isolation and have limited access to content that can inspire and help them develop. If this cause is part of your value system, you can help us support it together! Get in touch with us to discuss it. Enjoy listening/watching! With the support of @Genika News Mindset in action by Yanka: 💬 "I don't give up. 🎙 Mihail Hristov is a Bulgarian athlete, Paralympian, and three-time world champion in the long jump for people with disabilities. At the age of 14, Mihail loses his hands in an incident. Long-time art director of EVA magazine, recipient of the "Woman of the Year, Society Category / 2016", "Awakener of 2018", "Inspirational Figure / 2018" awards. But she is much more than that. Biliana is a person who managed to use the diagnosis of multiple sclerosis to learn lessons and convey them in an absolutely authentic and uncompromising way through the author's programs she creates - for adults and children, for people with diagnoses, and for those who just want to look at themselves... in time! Biliana was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis 16 years ago, and as she shares in the episode, the expectations for the development of the disease had predicted "some kind of existence, in a difficult physical condition, associated with degeneracy and loss of parts of my physical body." Why doesn't she take the victim position? What changes in her way of thinking? How are our body and mind connected? What does mental health mean? An episode from which you can take a lot! I want to be this first for myself and then share it with others!" 💬 "We don't learn until the 12th grade and possibly another 5 years for higher education - WE LEARN THE WHOLE LIFE!." 💬 "We are not a bag of organs and intestines; inside us, there are many layers."   📚 Find something for yourself in our Growth Playlist, where each time we will publish the books, podcasts, lectures, music, and movies we have discussed in the episode: BOOK: UNTAMED by Glennon Doyle https://www.lifetimepublishing.eu/nasite-knigi/neopitomena?fbclid=IwAR0dOLK6ToarcJnDeXqDo1gC7BRLtq9gn5iQDvppHNfZKkSl969I5KSPxGo MOVIE: Ayush Prana - Ayurveda speciality hospital for Multiple Sclerosis https://ayurbrainmovie.com/?fbclid=IwAR1-ibuzAt8-3WmiexK4hgFDnWVhRTB_SKs-LqCxY94bHOelObG3MvFMeEM Thought of the episode: "The most important thing is to keep the most important thing, most important!" 🔎 Follow us and don't miss the new episodes: YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC8pCmEq6rcB_7Ea3y6ii3Jg Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/1DtMI3XxKhiYDaGv7NgTfk Apple Podcast: Mindset Power Talk on Apple Podcasts Linkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/growth-mindset-82b839298/ Instagram: #growthforgrowthmindedpeople   🎧 This podcast is part of the GROWTH.BG PLATFORM 🎧 A project aimed at giving wings to growth-minded people. 🎙 Ventsi Gaydarzhiev is one of those people whose biography wows you. So many different places he has encountered, which have shaped him and provided space for learning to get to where he is today. Currently, he is the founder and president of Alcatraz AI, an autonomous access control platform that uses facial recognition and artificial intelligence to modernize security in companies. However, his journey began in Ruse and with the violin. Until his first fascination with... computers. He has continued his education in the UK at a young age, followed by an exchange program in Florida. A story that involves Native Americans, a caravan, wolves... And then, life in a foster family – in America, with a strong emphasis on family values and culture. What can you learn from this? Too many unknowns on the path that lead him to work at NVIDIA in the field of embedded multimedia systems that power Tesla. Later, he joined Apple, where he led the hardware prototype engineering team for the iPad and iPhone, where FaceID was developed. Here, he clearly felt the need for a better access control platform, not only for mobile devices but for the physical world, autonomously authenticating employees and checking for unauthorized access, significantly enhancing security without compromising convenience. Now, Alcatraz AI is used in many Fortune100 companies, providing protection for over a million employees. Ventsi Gaydarzhiev was in Bulgaria for only 2 days, but he did not hesitate to come straight from the airport to our studio to meet you – the people with growth mindset.   Mindset in action by Vince Gaydarzhiev: 💬 "Our children should grow up with the belief that they can do anything and that there will be many difficulties. Everything that’s worth it is difficult!" 💬 "Very few difficulties are insurmountable. The biggest challenge is for you to overcome yourself." 💬 "It's not a sprint; it's a marathon!" 💬 "The worst stress is chronic stress and the thought that not everything depends on you. It kills you."    What should children learn in school? 1. Children should be encouraged to develop what they like and be willing to learn from their peers. 2. Teachers should explain to children what they themselves have shown an interest in. 3.  In high school, only up to 5 subjects should be studied. 📚 Find something for yourself in our Growth Play-list, where we will publish the books, podcasts, lectures, music, and movies we have discussed in the episode: BOOK: Zero to One: Notes on Startups, or How to Build the Future by Peter Thiel and Blake Masters https://www.amazon.com/Zero-One-Notes-Startups-Future/dp/0804139296 PHILOSOPHY: The Culture of Burning Minds MOVIE: How to Change Your Mind by Michael Pollan https://www.netflix.com/title/80229847   We celebrate successes: https://www.linkedin.com/posts/gaydarzhiev_alcatraz-ai-wins-detektor-int-award-for-activity-7122952128851050496-JWz0?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_desktop 🔎 Follow us and don't miss the new episodes: YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC8pCmEq6rcB_7Ea3y6ii3Jg Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/1DtMI3XxKhiYDaGv7NgTfk Apple Podcast: Mindset Power Talk on Apple Podcasts Linkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/growth-mindset-82b839298/ Instagram: #growthforgrowthmindedpeople   🎧 This podcast is part of the GROWTH.BG PLATFORM 🎧 A project aimed at giving wings to growth-minded people.
