Description

🎙 Petko Karamochev looks like a serious person engaged in important things, and overall, he is. He owns his own technology company, INDUSTRIA, where he serves as the CEO and co-founder, as well as a mentor at R3. Petko earns his degrees from the University of Portsmouth, United Kingdom, and COTRUGLI Business School. He completes programs in artificial intelligence at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. He collaborates with the Center for Blockchain Technologies at University College London. His expertise lies in the field of DLT/Blockchain technologies and the development of digital smart contracts.

Whether it's all of this or his pure curiosity about the world we live in, Petko is interested in everything that surrounds him and holds a strong social and public position. You can bump into him on the street, and even if you don't know each other, you'll have the most interesting and meaningful conversation, tailored to your interests.

He cares about who the President of the USA is, who the best technological leader is, but also who the mayor of Sofia is and what's happening in small towns in Bulgaria.

He has a bold vision for how the education system should be reformed, not only in Bulgaria, and holds a particularly high opinion and respect for the younger generation.

So, here comes episode 4 of the Mindset Power Talk podcast with Petko Karamochev, who loves technology, loves his children, the good food, valuable books, and has a 3-year plan with books to read and podcasts to listen to.

Mindset in action by Petko Karamochev:

💬 “A growth mindset is actually us learning to have critical thinking, ethics, education, communication... and the confidence not to feel like second or third-hand people.”

💬 “Failure is hitting a hoe twice, but if you make new mistakes, that's not a failure.”

💬 “The teacher should be in the center of the room because he/she is no longer a lecturer; he/she should rather be a discussion moderator!”

🏫What should children learn in school?

1.Critical thinking

2. Value system and society
