In this episode, I wanted to talk about something very real — how to balance family and business without completely losing your mind. If you're a mom trying to build a business and you feel like it's impossible to do shows, package orders, and be present for your kids, this episode is for you. I share what I've learned from building Moms & Crumbs while raising four kids and how I stopped trying to make everything look "perfect." I talk about what it actually looks like to run live Whatnot shows with kids in the house — noise, chaos, crying, breastfeeding, and all. I explain why being honest with your audience changed everything for me and why trying to be "perfect" only creates more stress. Your people aren't looking for perfection — they're looking for connection. I also share the hard moments, like feeling guilty for ending shows early to take care of my kids and learning that family always needs to come first. There were times I felt torn between making sales and being the mom my kids needed. Over time, I realized that my kids were the reason I was building this business — not the obstacle. We also talk about burnout, exhaustion, and learning how to set personal boundaries. I'm honest about forgetting to eat, not drinking water, and pushing myself too hard. I share why taking care of your health is not selfish — it's necessary if you want to grow long-term. Finally, I share practical things that helped me stay organized — from using the Notes app to creating simple schedules and giving myself grace when things don't go perfectly. I want moms to know you don't have to figure it all out before you start. You start messy, you adjust, and you grow. If you've ever felt overwhelmed trying to build something while raising a family — this episode will feel like a big hug and some real talk.   LINKS: Join My Next Stream and Shop Now On My WhatNot: https://www.whatnot.com/user/momsandcrumbs FREE GIFTS! There was a season in my business where I truly felt like I was drowning — and I didn't even know how to admit it. In this episode, I'm sharing one of the scariest and most emotional moments in my business: the day I realized I could not do it all alone anymore. I was exhausted, running on no sleep, packaging orders all day, doing live shows at night, and trying to be present for my kids. I was crying on the living room floor, surrounded by bags, with my baby crawling around me — and I truly felt like I was about to break. That's when my husband gently said, "What if we hire help?" And honestly? That terrified me more than the burnout. Inviting someone into our home. Trusting them with orders. Letting go of control. Letting someone touch what I built. My business felt like my baby — and I was scared someone would mess it up. But deep down, I knew I couldn't grow while doing everything by myself. Hiring my first helper changed everything. Not because it was perfect. Not because mistakes didn't happen. But because I finally learned the power of delegating, trusting, and allowing support — so I could become a better mom, better leader, and better business owner. If you've ever felt like you're drowning in orders, overwhelmed by responsibility, or scared to grow because you're afraid to let go — this episode is for you. 💡 KEY TAKEAWAYS • You don't have to do everything by yourself • Burnout is not a badge of honor • Hiring help is scary — but it's also how you grow • Delegation is not weakness, it's wisdom • Your business can't expand if you refuse help If you've been feeling overwhelmed or stretched too thin — hit play now and let's talk about what happens when you finally allow yourself to get support. And if you know another mom who needs to hear this, send this episode to her today.   LINKS: Join My Next Stream and Shop Now On My WhatNot: https://www.whatnot.com/user/momsandcrumbs FREE GIFTS! In today's episode, I'm sharing a story I NEVER thought I'd talk about publicly — the day I thought my entire business was over. The day my neighbors reported me to the city… and I had 30 days to shut everything down. I still remember opening the door and seeing the city worker standing there with a notice in his hand. My heart dropped. I felt sick. I literally thought, "God… is this really happening right now?" I had worked so hard to get my business off the ground. My garage was full of inventory, USPS trucks were showing up every day, we were shipping hundreds of packages… and suddenly, it felt like it was all being taken away. We had thirty days to empty the entire garage. Thirty days to sell everything. Thirty days to figure out what was next. And let me tell you — I cried, I panicked, and I even asked myself if maybe this was the sign to just quit. But God had other plans. Because what felt like a setback… was actually the push we needed to grow. Our Whatnot community showed up in the most beautiful way. We sold everything. We cleared the garage. And that "forced move" became the reason we found our first warehouse… and eventually the 7,000+ square foot space we have today. Looking back, I can see God's hand in all of it. A door closed… so a bigger one could open. So if you're in a season where it feels like everything is falling apart — this episode is for you. I hope my story encourages you to see your situation differently and reminds you that sometimes the very thing that scares you… is the thing that's about to change your life. 🎧 Hit play to hear how the scariest day in my business became the biggest blessing in disguise — and how YOU can turn obstacles into opportunity too. ✅ Key Takeaways  Not every setback is meant to stop you — some are meant to move you. The perspective you use determines the opportunities you see. Community matters. Your people will show up when you need them. Growth often happens outside your comfort zone. If you want different results, you must be willing to do things differently.   LINKS: Join My Next Stream and Shop Now On My WhatNot: https://www.whatnot.com/user/momsandcrumbs FREE GIFTS! Hey, it's Cindy! Welcome back to Moms & Crumbs, where I help you build real income from home and learn how to resell on Whatnot. In this episode, I'm taking you behind the scenes of one of the most emotional moments in my entire reselling journey — the day we paid off $60,000 of debt in just six months by selling on Whatnot. 💛 We didn't start with pallets or warehouses or fancy equipment. We started with Goodwill bins, thrift stores, and a dream. I'll share how we grew from selling used clothes out of our garage to running a 12-hour Whatnot live show that helped us finally become debt-free. This episode isn't just about numbers — it's about faith, hard work, and community. You'll hear the story of our 10K-follower celebration, the all-night Airbnb show, and the tears that came when we realized… we did it. But most importantly, I'll walk you through the mindset shift that helped me turn fear into action: how to think like a problem-solver, how to find your "blue ocean" instead of competing in a crowded one, and how to build a business that truly fits your life. 🎧 Hit play to hear the full story — and be reminded that with consistency, community, and courage, anything is possible. 💡 Key Takeaways You don't need pallets or warehouses — start with what you have. Build consistency before scaling; small daily steps add up fast. Confidence comes from showing up, not waiting for perfect conditions. Celebrate milestones — even the small ones. Learn from your bottlenecks and become a problem-solver. Don't compare your pace to others; your journey is your own. Find your "blue ocean" — your unique space in the market. Hustle with heart, gratitude, and community. In this episode, I'm opening up about one of the biggest fears I had to overcome when I started selling live — being on camera. From crying through my first Facebook Live to freezing during my first Whatnot show, I'm sharing it all — the nerves, the lessons, and the exact steps that helped me find confidence and finally show up as me. When I first started, even seeing myself on camera made me want to quit. I was still deep in postpartum depression, struggling with debt, and battling all the "what-ifs." What if no one watched? What if my English wasn't good enough? What if I looked silly? But I remembered something my mentor once told me — you are the brand. So I took on a 30-day live challenge — going live every single day, even when I cried, stumbled, or froze. That challenge changed my life. It taught me that confidence doesn't come before you start — it comes because you start. If you've ever felt scared to hit "Go Live," this episode is for you. I'll walk you through how to push past the fear, find your "why," and keep showing up even when no one's watching. 🎧 Hit play to hear how I turned fear into fuel — and how you can, too. 💡 Key Takeaways Confidence comes from consistency — not perfection. Your "why" is your anchor; write it down and read it daily. Treat one viewer like a hundred — every person matters. Block distractions (yes, even cover that viewer count if you need to). You don't need to be perfect — you just need to show up. LINKS: Join My Next Stream and Shop Now On My WhatNot: https://www.whatnot.com/user/momsandcrumbs FREE GIFTS! Hey, it's Cindy! Welcome back to Moms & Crumbs, where I teach you how to build real income from home and learn how to resell on Whatnot. In this episode, I'm taking you behind the scenes of one of the craziest—and most important—moments in my reselling journey: buying my first pallet. From hustling thrift stores with my kids to driving 12 hours to Utah in a cargo van, this episode is full of lessons, laughter, and a few "what was I thinking?!" moments. When my Whatnot shows started growing, I realized I needed more inventory than weekend yard sales could provide. That's when I discovered reseller boxes—and eventually took the leap into buying pallets. But getting there wasn't easy. Between scammers, diaper-filled pallets (yes, really), and learning who to trust, I had to make every mistake possible before I figured out how to source like a pro. If you're thinking about scaling your reselling business—or you're afraid to take that next big step—this episode is for you. I'll share what to look for before buying a pallet, how to avoid getting scammed, and when you're actually ready to make that kind of investment. 🎧 Hit play on this episode to hear the full story, laugh at our Utah adventure, and learn how to take your own next step in reselling—without losing money (or your sanity!).   LINKS: Join My Next Stream and Shop Now On My WhatNot: https://www.whatnot.com/user/momsandcrumbs FREE GIFTS! From postpartum depression and $60,000 in debt to a seven-figure reselling business! Hi, my name is Cindy, and my brand is called Moms & Crumbs. In this first episode, I'm sharing how one box of my neighbor's "trash" sparked a life-changing reselling journey. Welcome to the first episode of my podcast — a show for moms like you who want to make money from home and build a legacy for their kids. When I started this journey, I was a stay-at-home mom with four kids, drowning in debt and postpartum depression. My Amazon FBA business had failed (like… bad), our savings were gone, and every time I walked past the boxes of unsold inventory in the garage, I cried. It felt like my failure was staring me in the face. I didn't want to do entrepreneurship anymore. Then one day, my neighbor tossed out a box of Hawaiian party decorations. I listed it on Facebook Marketplace, sold it for $150, and that tiny sale lit a fire in me. Within a few months, those $150 turned into $12,000 from flipping furniture and clothes on eBay. It wasn't glamorous — but it was real. I thought maybe I could make a little extra income… I never imagined it would grow into a business that changed our lives (and others around the world). While sourcing items at garage sales, I discovered Whatnot. I applied three times to sell and got denied three times. I could've stopped there, but a kind reseller named Connor gave me a referral link and encouraged me to try again. When I finally got approved, the fear hit: What if no one bought? What if my English wasn't good enough? What if I looked ridiculous on camera? My first show was a total disaster — I froze, cried, and logged off after five minutes. But instead of quitting, I challenged myself to go live for 30 days straight. Each show was messy, awkward, and imperfect — but I showed up anyway. By the end of that 30-day challenge, I'd made $300 and gained something even more valuable — confidence. Three months later, I hit my first 1,000 sales, and six months in, I celebrated my 10K-follower milestone with a 12-hour live show that brought in $20,000 and paid off all our debt. What started as one neighbor's discarded box became a thriving business, a community, and the freedom to dream again. That's why I'm sharing my secrets with you — because if I can do it, you can too. 🎧 Hit play on this episode now to hear the full story — and start YOUR reselling journey today.  💡 Key Takeaways Your first show will be bad — do it anyway. Consistency beats perfection. Keep showing up even when it's messy. Overcoming fear is your first real sale. Community matters — the reseller space is filled with people who want to see you win.
