Mysteriously Missing

On April 10th, 2019, Ermelinda Alvarado's family lost contact with her. She was last seen in Merced, California. Her rental car was found seven hours away from her home near the Interstate 10 about an hour east of Indio, CA. Her purse was in the car, along with her ID and money. Her family took numerous trips to search the desert in Riverside County where the car was found. In one of their searches, they found her shoes, but Ermelinda was nowhere to be found.

John DeMarino was last seen at Uncle Mike’s Bar on Seventh Street in Parkersburg, West Virginia shortly before midnight on January 30, 2019. He ordered a beer, drank half of it, then got up and walked away. He never returned for the rest of his drink. John has never been heard from again.

Police were in route to find Lauren just before she disappeared on January 10, 2019 in eastern Texas. The mother of three called 911 saying she was in a wooded area and thought someone was chasing her. But her cell phone died during the call and law enforcement officers were not able to find her. However, they did find her vehicle.

David texted his fiancé at 4:22pm to say he was leaving work early to go see the doctor and would be home later. He was last seen in the 3400 block of M St NW at Dixie Liquor Store at 6:07 PM, on Tuesday, November 27, 2018. The last time his cellular phone pinged was at 9:00 p.m., in that area of Georgetown, Washington, DC and the Arlington, Virginia area. He didn't have any friends in that area and didn't go there often. He has never been heard from again.

Khiara went to Maui on vacation. She was staying at a hotel in Kihei. She rented a car on July 21, 2019, a Friday, for one day to visit Waiʻānapanapa State Park. Her rental car was noticed in a gravel parking lot at the park on July 23 and was called in as abandoned on July 25 .   Her luggage, credit card, and identification were inside, but her car key, cell phone, and a small backpack were missing and have never been located. Her case still to this day remains unsolved.

Daylenn Moke Pua, known as Moke, was last seen on February 27, 2015. He was a senior at a Hawaiian immersion school in Kealakekua, at the time of his disappearance and was visiting Oahu for a field trip. He was staying with his grandmother over the weekend and decided to go for a solo hike on the Haiku Stairs, also known as the Stairway to Heaven. He has never been heard from again.

Daylenn "Moke" Pua was last seen on Friday, February 27, 2015. At the time of his disappearance, he was visiting Oahu for a field trip. He was staying with his grandmother over the weekend and decided to go for a solo hike on the Haiku Stairs. He has never been found or heard from again.

Veronica Reyes Diaz has not been seen since January 18, 2020. At approximately 1:10 AM, she returned home in Dover, Florida, put her children to bed after picking them up from her sister's house, and has not been heard from since that night.

Tyreek left his mother's house on Wednesday morning, February 21, 2018. He was last seen on store video at the Fuel Express in Moncks Corner, South Carolina, at approximately 3PM. The next day, at 12:51 in the morning, his car was found on fire on Cainhoy Road near Bramberg Circle in Charleston. Tyreek was not in the vehicle and has never been seen again.

Maureen Kelly, also known as "Anu," left her group of friends at Canyon Creek Campground on foot on June 9, 2013.  She stated she was going on a "spiritual quest" and left wearing no clothes and only a fanny pack. She was last seen heading towards the woods near a creek at about 5pm.  She was reported missing by her friends in the early hours of the following morning. Investigators believe it is likely Anu died in a mishap in the wilderness, but her body has never been found and her case remains unsolved.

Virgil Bussell, Jr. who often goes by "Uppity" or "Buscat" disappeared sometime in late February or early March in Humboldt County, California. His truck was found abandoned on a rural backroad with cut firewood in the back on March 25, 2020. It was 3-4 miles up Deerhorn Mountain on the Weitchpec side. Virgil is very familiar with these mountains, but his family, community, and the Hoopa Valley Tribe can not locate him.

Tonee Turner left work and went to the Dobra Tea cafe in the Squirrel Hill area of Pittsburgh, PA on December 30, 2019. An employee of the tearoom said she came inside, had some tea, and left a short time after. Her personal belongings were found on Homestead Grays Bridge that same day around 9:15pm. Tonee's family have not heard from her since that day and are desperately trying to find her.

Wesley was staying back and forth between three friends' homes in the Pacific Beach area of San Diego. He went missing on June12, 2018. He was supposed to meet with friends on June 13th, the next day, to help them move, but never showed up. His mother has been desperately searching for him ever since.

On July 18, 2017, Howard took lunch to his daughters who were at summer camp. Later that night, he called his girlfriend to tell her he was stopping by to visit his cousin in Germantown. He never arrived and his phone went unanswered. He has never been heard from again.

Suzie was last seen at her mobile home on Loop Road in Seadrift, Texas, on August 2, 2018. The last time anyone heard from her was at 1pm in the afternoon. Her husband reported her missing that same day after he arrived home at 7pm and found their 4 month old baby alone in the house. She has never been heard from again.

A friend dropped Sarah off at a service alley near 10th Street and Rex Avenue in Joplin, Missouri just after midnight. Sarah planned to walk home from there. It was later reported that she was seen in the early morning hours at a residence on the other side of town. Joplin Police Department investigated the apartment house, but have not been able to locate Sarah. Her parents believe she would not leave her family just because of legal problems.

Xin Rong, 27, rented a single-engine aircraft at Ann Arbor Airport on Wednesday, March 15, 2017. His flight plan listed Harbor Springs, Michigan, as its destination, but the plane crashed in Canada. The cockpit was empty and there were no footprints in the snow around the wreckage. It was assumed he jumped from the rented Cessna plane mid-flight, but his body has not been found.

Tamara Goff was last seen leaving her home in the 2100 block of 7th Avenue North in Great Falls, Montana on Thursday, July 12th, 2018. That morning her husband saw her loading their dog, Sadie, into her black four-door 2008 Chevrolet Colorado pickup truck. Her husband tried to call her an hour and a half later, and she didn't answer. She was never seen again and her truck was never located.

Tyler Gorrell went missing in Silverthorne’s back-country. Tyler left his home on Friday, August 3, 2018. He was last seen in the vicinity of west 10th Avenue and Hazel Court in Denver, CO.  His family was expecting him to show up at a family event, but he never arrived. On August 9th, his gray Ford Escape was found near the Rock Creek Winter trail-head near Silverthorne. An extensive search turned up no indication of his whereabouts and he is presumed to have gotten lost or injured in the area.

Paul D. Paur left behind all his worldly possessions and entered the Appalachian Trail in early June. Concerns about his mental health surfaced alongside reports from fellow hikers that Paul is looking for God. Derek Lueking was last seen leaving the Microtel Inn and Suites in Cherokee, North Carolina at 4:00 a.m. on March 17, 2012. His white Ford Escape was found at 8:30 a.m. at  Newfound Gap in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park near the Tennessee/North Caroline state line. Inside the vehicle was a note saying simply: "Don't follow me."

Falon Michelle Cooksey vanished on June 11th, 2018 from Gaffney, South Carolina. The night of June 10th, 2018 a police officer saw Falon at the Corner Shop Store in Blacksburg, South Carolina. Falon was spotted at several other locations that same evening. On the morning of June 11th a male friend picked up Falon from/near a residence on Highway 29 North which is near Grover, South Carolina. He then drove her to the Gaffney Inn in Gaffney, South Carolina. Falon's phone pinged near the Gaffney Inn and she had been texting up until 9:32 am. It is unclear if her phone battery died or her phone was turned off. That was the last time anyone has seen or head from Falon Cooksey.  Falon left behind two children and was living with her mother at the time of her disappearance. She is described at 4 feet 11 inches tall and weighs around 110 pounds. Falon was last seen wearing a Greg Olsen Carolina Panthers football jersey with the number 88 on the front. She was also wearing white shorts, silver hoop earrings and a black choker necklace. Adagio and his father, Gerald Talifero, have been missing since June 7th, 2018. They told family and friends that they were sailing to Hawaii and had purchased plane tickets to return home from Hawaii on September 1st. No one has seen or heard from them since. Adagio is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs around 100 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. Gerald is described as 6 feet tall weighing 180 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. This episode is about 60 year old William L. Morse III. He vanished on June 11th, 2018 from Sugarloaf Township, Pennsylvania. William has brown hair, brown eyes and a grey goatee. He's 5'9-5'11 and weighs around 180-200 pounds. William was last seen on June 11th doing yard work at home. Since then no one has seen or heard from him. Two weeks after he vanished, a relative found his jacket on Hollow road which is near William's home. Williams case remains unsolved and is considered missing under suspicious circumstances. 

This episode takes us back to the 1950's. We discuss the disappearance of the Martin family who vanished on December 7th, 1958 in the Columbia River Gorge. The families eldest sone, Donald Martin, was in the Navy and stationed in New York during this time. The Martin family decided to take a day trip to gather some Christmas decorations. They were seen getting gas around 4 pm in Cascade Locks. The gas station owner, Dean Baxter, stated he saw the Martin family continue East after filling up their 1954 Ford Country Squire. The family was spotted again at a restaurant about 20 miles from Cascade Locks. This was the last time anyone has seen or heard from the Martin family. It was later reported that two ex convicts were seen leaving the restaurant at the same time as the Martin family. In February 1959 a volunteer searcher found tire tracks leading off of a cliff near The Dalles. The tire tracks that were found were reported to have matched the tires on the Martin family vehicle. On May 3rd Susan Martins body was found in the river near Camas, Washington. This was about 70 miles West of The Dalles where the tire tracks were found. One day later they located Virginia's body near the Bonneville Dam which is roughly 46 miles from The Dalles. Kenneth Martin (father), Barbara Martin (mother) and Barbie Martin (oldest daughter) still remain missing to this day and their vehicle has not been found. 

Ashanti Conde disappeared on February 22nd, 2018 in Vancouver, Washington. She was last seen in a silver 2002 Cadillac Seville with a man named Michael Conley. The 2002 Cadillac was later found stuck in the snow in Skamania County. Michael Conleys remains were located 3 miles from the vehicle but Ashanti was no where to be found. She has 4 children and her family says she has never been gone this long before. Samantha Sayers is a 28 year old female that vanished on August 1st, 2018. She set out on a solo day trip to hike Vesper Peak which is located in Washington. Her boyfriend, Kevin, had planned on her being home that evening but Sam never arrived. Sam was spotted by a few hikers and was reported to have been wearing a green sports bra, grey workout pants and REI boots. She also had a hiking pole and was carrying a backpack. 22 year old Elaine Park vanished on January 28th, 2017. She was last seen leaving her boyfriends house in Calabasas, CA around 6:00 am. Home surveilance footage caught Elaine walking to her car by herself. A few days later her grey Honda Civic was found on the 26000 block of Pacific Coast Highway. Her care keys were in the ignition and her car doors were unlocked. Elaine's cell phone, laptop and a few other items were found inside the vehicle. Her car battery was dead. She was last seen wearing a white sweatshirt with denim shorts and possibly grey sweatpants. 

Dorothy Arnold has been missing for over 100 years. She mysteriously vanished on December 12th, 1910 in Manhattan, New York. Dorothy's family was very wealthy and had a high social standing. She graduated from Bryn Mawr College in Pennsyvlania and wanted to become a writer. Dorothy left her families mansion on the morning of December 12th, 1910 and told her mom she was going shopping. She was seen in public by multiple people and had plans to meet her mother later that day at the Waldorf-Astoria hotel for lunch but she never arrived. During this episode we discuss the recent disappearance of John Mark Sturkie. He vanished on January 4th, 2019. He ate dinner with his wife then drove off to a friends house. He did not take an overnight bag or any camping gear. His silver Toyota truck was later found on the Black Mountain trail but John was no where to be found. Multiple searches have been done but unfortunately no one has found any sign of John or his belongings. 

72 year old Maria Llamas has been missing since November 20th, 2016. She vanished from San Antonio, Texas after visiting the PoTeet Flea Mart with her husband. Her husband had stopped to look at boots but when he turned around Maria was no where to be found. Maria suffers from Alzheimer's disease and was seen on camera leaving the Flea Mart alone. Her family fears that she may be headed to Mexico to visit her parents, however, her parents had passed away years ago. Three weeks after Maria vanished her purse was found hanging on a tree branch in Leon Creek which is about 6-7 miles away from the Flea Mart.

Floyd E Roberts went missing while hiking in the Grand Canyon on June 17th, 2016. Floyd vanished on day one of a nine day backpacking trip with two other people. He was seperated from the other two and was never seen again. His last known location was near Kelly Tank heading towards Trail Canyon. Floyd was 52 years old when he went missing and is 5 feet 11 inches tall weighing around 170 pounds. 

This episode is about 22 year old DeCorrius Jones. He disappeared on October 15th, 2016 from Lawrenceville, Georgia. DeCorrius is 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighs around 250 pounds. The night of his disappearance he had an altercation with his girlfriend and his mom at his apartment complex. He ended up running off into the woods after his girlfriend called 911. DeCorrius was high on LSD at the time of his disappearance but has not been seen or heard from since. 

During this episode we discuss the disappearance of Joseph Edward Cripps. He vanished on October 19th, 2016 in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was at the White Water Tavern when the bartender cut him off from drinking. He called for a cab but never returned home. Joe is a musician and had plans to play a gig on October 21st, 2016 but never showed. 

This episode is about Robin Ford who vanished on August 29th, 2016 from Key West, Florida. She was last seen between 2:00 and 3:00 AM and was living on a sailboat with her boyfriend. Robins father was dying of cancer so her family found it odd for her to have disappeared around this time. 

This episode is about Kristopher Fowler AKA Sherpa. He went missing on October 12th, 2016 in Yakima county, Washington. Kris was last seen at a Kracker Barrel store off Highway 12 in Yakima county. He had been hiking the Pacific Crest Trail and was headed to Snoqualmie Pass during his disappearance. 

Jonathan Barmaki vanished on April 30th, 2016 from National City, California. He was 27 years old when he went missing. His Honda Civic was found abandoned on Old Highway 80 near the Jacumba Hot Springs welcome sign. His dog was found in his car but had unfortunately passed away. Jonathan is still missing to this day. 

52 year old Holly White has been missing from Taos, New Mexico since May 6th, 2016. The night before she went missing she had spoken to her husband on the phone and also talked with some friends online. She had plans to meet a friend the next day for a walk but never showed up. Her car was later found near the Rio Grande Bridge. 

William Dorien Toney has been missing since November 19th, 2016. He was last seen in Sharon Hill, Pennsylvania near a Dunkin Donuts with two other males. He has not been seen or heard from since then. 

This episode is about 38 year old Allen Christopher Martin. He was last seen leaving the Chicken Ranch Casino in Jamestown, CA on February 9th, 2016. He texted his girlfriend around 10:30 that night saying "You deserve better than me". That was the last time anyone has heard from Allen. 

This episode is about Brenda Maria Jackson from Park Forest, Illinois. She has been missing since January 3rd, 2016. Her father dropped her off at her house around 9:00 that night but when it was time to go to work the next day she never arrived. All of her belongings were found inside her home. Brenda has 6 children and is a military veteran.

In this episode we discuss the disappearance of Max Greenfield. He was last seen on surveillance video leaving the Lucky 7 casino in Smith River, CA on March 18th, 2018. He left the casino around 1:50 AM and was seen walking with another man but that is the last time anyone has seen or heard from Max. 

During this episode we discuss the disappearance of 28 year old Ebony Giddens from Columbus, Georgia. Ebony vanished in the middle of the night on March 12th, 2018. Her children were inside her home but Ebony was no where to be found. 

During this episode we discuss the disappearance of Lewis "Jim" Stouffer. He vanished on June 13th, 2017 in Bloomfield, New Mexico. He had planned on picking up his long time girlfriend at work but never arrived. His car was later found abandoned off of Highway 575 on July 5th, 2017. 

This episode is about 48 year old Kimberly Mericle. She went missing on March 2nd, 2018 near Grants Pass, Oregon. Her vehicle was later found at a motel in Grants Pass. 

This episode we discuss the disappearance of Donald Lee Taylor. He went missing on January 3rd, 2016 in McKinney, Texas around 2:00 AM. He has an Aeries tattoo on his right wrist and a cross tattoo on his right calf. 

This episode is about a 20 year old man who went missing in Shageluk, Alaska. He had been drinking with friends and was last seen on September 7th, 2016. 

During this episode we discuss the dissapearance of 22 year old Morgan Bauer. She traveled from her hometown of Aberdeen, South Dakota to Atlanta, Georgia. Her last contact with friends and family members was February 25th, 2016, however, she was last seen at a Citgo gas station in Covington, Georgia on February 27th, 2016.
