"Take a pill. Make the pain go away. There is a price we pay for that." with Uria Tsur

#podcast: PERSPECTIVE OF THE MIND #episode: 11, season 1 🔔 I would really appreciate it, guys, if you subscribe to the Channel and give a like to the Episode. In return, I promise to keep bringing inspiring people and conversation to your attention. 🙏 Today I will introduce to you Uria Tsur - an Inspirational Artist, Leader of Vocal Freedom Workshops world wide and a Lead singer of Orot Band. 💫 This summer, during one of the toughest periods of my life, I met someone extraordinary: Uria Tsur. Looking back, it’s clear that my intuition guided me to a retreat I never would have considered before. I had never participated in such events, but something inside me told me to take the leap. That decision changed a lot. Uria created a safe space for me and others to be fully ourselves—vulnerable, honest, and free. In our conversation during the episode, we explored so many profound topics. Uria shared his wisdom on processing and releasing pain. He explained how he personally deals with negative emotions and judgment, offering insights that felt deeply practical yet profoundly spiritual. One of the biggest themes we delved into was trust—trusting life and trusting people. For those of us who have experienced betrayal, abuse, or trauma, feeling safe in the world can seem impossible. We also spoke about God, the Universe, and the intense polarity we see in the world today. Why does such duality exist? How can we navigate a world that feels so divided? A particularly moving moment was when Uria sang a song I love. He also explained the power of intuitive singing and how our voices can help us access the unconscious parts of ourselves—places where pain, healing, and transformation reside. This conversation was more than just a dialogue. It was a reminder of the beauty and depth of the human spirit. I hope it inspires you as much as it inspired me. Key moments from the Episode: 1:33 My personal story about facing difficult time and my intuition leading me to Uria's retreat 3:50 Why is there a part of ourselves that is a container of pain? 5:04 If we are on this Earth, then it is sure that we will experience pain. 7:27 What does Uria do to release and process the pain and negative emotions when he is going through tough time? 12:21 What does Uria provoke within people during the retreats, so that they can release the pain and be vulnerable and authentic? 15:42 Judgements. How to hold space for the others without judging them? 20:56 Judgements towards the others are parts of ourselves that we have not accepted fully. 24:56 Does God/Higher Intelligence exist? 25:58 If God/ Higher Intelligence exists, then why do we experience so much darkness on this planet? 30:26 Do we create our reality or is it already "written in the stars"? 36:50 How can we trust again life and people if we have been through a lot? 41:42 Urias response to the previous question almost half an year ago. 42:54 What is the connection between singing and spirituality/the deepest parts of ourselves? 46:54 What changes dose Uria typically see in people from the beginning to an end of a vocal retreat? 49:33 What kind of people/energies Uria accept in his personal life? 52:32 Uria singing a beautiful song for us 58:57 The game I play with each guest __________ Follow Uria: On Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/uriatsur?igsh=MXg5NGZkdWlrdzRjZQ== Uria's website: www.uriatsur.com Follow me: On Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/shift_the_m... Mental Health and High Achievements| performance psychiatrist dr. Brook Choulet

Podcast “PERSPECTIVE OF THE MIND”. 🔔 Hit the Follow button to get more of these Episodes. My special guest is dr. Brook Choulet – the performance psychiatrist. Dr. Brook is passionate about helping high achievers like executives and athletes to enhance their mental health and live more fulfilling lives. She is also known for her roles as President of the American Board of Sports and Performance Psychiatry and team psychiatrist for NBA, Phoenix Sun and Phoenix Mercury. We went across so many interesting topics during our conversation and dr. Brook shared some interesting insights coming from her work with high achievers. ✨ What skill set and qualities people need in order to reach their goals? and What is the mindset of high achievers? ✨ We reframed “luck” and “failure”. ✨ Is the life of celebrities and high achievers lonely and isolated? ✨ How can people make sure that they are taking care of their mental health while being on a journey for high achievements? ✨ We discussed if it’s important to ask yourself the question “Why” before going for high achievements and how to make sure that our goal setting is aligned with our true self? ✨ Is the achievement of our goals connected to our happiness? ✨ Does peace making go hand in hand with high achieving? and more... _________ High achievers’ mindset has something in common: a lot of resilience, persistence, taking actions and never stop trying. Dr. Brook said that everyone faces adversity in their lives, but how they are able to convert that adversity into resilience is what matters. On the other side, failure is by design, it is the necessary learning point that can lead us to the desired results, only if we decide to reframe it. While success is great, it is very important people to enhance their mental state during climbing the ladder (whatever that ladder looks like for you) and never allow anything external to define our worth. As we are all worthy simply by being. __________ Follow dr. Ep.8: Fate or free will is our life? (through the lenses of an astrologer) Guest: Catherine Chankova

🌟Fate or free will is our life?🌟 Hello, guys! I am very happy to introduce to you my next guest: Catherine Chankova. She is a yoga teacher and astrologer, who has deep knowledge and interest in еxoterism. No matter if you believe in astrology or not, no matter if you trust astrology is a science or not - I am sure you will enjoy this conversation with my wonderful guest. She gave so many insights about astrology, about past life regression, about telepathy, about God, about the meaning behind the bad moments, etc. Yes, we spoke about exotеrism, as well. There is a firm belief within me that we are the creators of our realities, that’s why I would never think of bringing an astrologer to your attention. However, life had other plans. It was astonishing for me to understand that basically astrology is not in dissonance with my belief that we are the creators of our reality. Just the opposite: they can go together hand with hand. I give you an interesting perspective of the mind through my guest Catherine Chankova and you decide what to do with the information shared. 💫💫💫💫 If anyone is interested what is my point of view about the topic, here we go: I do believe, as you already know, that each of us has a specific mission on this earth. I think that maybe there are some pre-defined possibilities, however it is fully up to us what we will create and there is not a planet that is more stronger than my connection with God, therefore even if we assume that there is something pre-defined: we can change absolutely anything in any moment. I will leave to you to discover what is the opinion of Catherine - you may be surprised about it. P.S. This Episode was not planned, we decided to record it at 10 pm the day prior to the actual filming, so I was not fully prepare for it. However, I love how it unfold. (do not judge my hair... still wondering how no one in the studio saw it) 😄😊 With love ❤️, Diyana

#lightinthedark #nightlife #burnout #bankruptcy #findyourself #selfawareness #nextlevel #alcohol #drugs Sometimes life can be a really rough and tough path, especially when unexpected and unwanted circumstances take place. Where is the "exit" in such situations? Is there "light"? How can we find "light" when it's really "dark"? The conversation with my guest in this Episode proved to me one more time that even in the "dark" periods, there is "light". Actually, the "dark" periods bring more "light" than anything else, if we decide to see them as learning points and opportunity for growth. Anna Grozdanova was a successful business owner of night clubs in Bulgaria until the financial crisis in 2008 hit really strong. She needed to close down her business that she was building for long time. Then on the top of the bankruptcy, burn out and depression came into place. Not long after that a break up with her partner, as well. When it looked like that everything was falling into parts, actually it was falling into place. Anna spent an year and a half in Bali and managed to remember who she really is, to enlighten herself and even to find the strength to help the others. I think Anna's life story is the Bulgarian version of Elizabet Gilbert's book: "Eat.Pray.Love". She is a Wim Hof method certified instructor, who knows and spread the awareness that we can heal ourselves by breathing properly. The simple things that we have forgotten in the modern society. Get inspired for life by watching this Episode. 🌟🌟🌟 Every subscription, like, comment will be highly appreciate. Thanks for helping me grow what I am doing and spreading the light. With love, Diyana

Hello, guys! 🌟 I am so happy to I introduce to you my next guest: Amanda Johnson. She is an author, the founder and Chief Inspirational Officer 😊 of the publishing company “Awaken Village Press” and simply a human, who shows new and healthier way of being. The title of the Episode is “Becoming enough”. 🦋🦋🦋 We have been thought so many lies, guys, since our beginning … that we need more and more and more in order to become enough until we realise that the next thing comes only to make us emptier or to indulge us in a vicious circle of “what's next”. Neither the the nice job title, nor the expensive clothing brands, nor the partner, nor the child (and the list go on and on) will make us whole. Amanda is such an example for a person who not only by the knowledge, but also by the way of being shows the awareness that we are all enough right here and right now simply by being. This lady brings so much peace to me and I love her perspective of life. We have spoken about: 👉 judgement 👉 enviousness and comparison 👉 perfectionism 👉 how to become enough and a lot more ❗️Please, hit the "Follow" button below. It is the only way for me to know that what I am doing brings value to you and will definitely help me to keep moving.❗️ Thank you 🙏 Enjoy watching. 🕊️ With love, Diyana
