I love this!! I've had 8 concussions between 16 and 23 and every time it's been a setback physically and mentally. I used to love setting goals and training for races, but have been totally averted to it recently because it's so disappointing to not hit those goals because I was too ambitious for my starting point or got set back. I love the effort goal because that is 100% in my control. Thanks for the great podcast!
