An Alternative Approach to New Year

With Christmas being a busy time of year, New Year can be easily forgotten about until the last minute. I personally do not enjoy drinking on New Year and I do not make resolutions, I have a slightly different approach to this time of year. I use the New Year to plan, reflect and set new goals for the year. This episode I explain the key things I focus on over this time.
