Hey friends,Just popping in to let you know I'm going to be on vacation.I’m officially unplugging for a bit and taking some much-needed time off. Starting now through the end of June, I’ll be on vacation — resting, recharging, and letting myself just be human for a while. There won’t be any emails or new content from me until July. No fire podcast drops. No wake-up rants. No soul-shaking questions (for now). Just quiet permission to pause. And maybe this is your reminder too that it’s okay to take a break. That doing nothing is sometimes the most powerful thing you can do.I’ll be back next month with more bold truths, loving nudges, a new program, and everything you’ve come to expect from me. Until then, take care of yourselves like someone you love. With love (and a suitcase full of snacks),Myrna
Have you ever walked away from a conversation with more questions than answers… but never asked them out loud? Yeah, we’ve all been there – filling in the blanks with assumptions instead of clarity. In this episode, I’m unpacking the quiet chaos that happens when we don’t ask clarifying questions, and the power that lives on the other side of curiosity. I’ll talk about the fears that stop us from asking, the sneaky stories we create in our minds, and how this one shift can radically change the way you connect in every relationship. Because here’s the truth: our brains will write the story either way. Why not make it a true one?Join my email list and stay in the know - https://myrna-rivera.mykajabi.com/general-opt-in Follow me on Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/myrna_unfiltered/Link for the English journal - https://a.co/d/13UgpoR Link for the Spanish journal - https://a.co/d/280DnZb If you have questions or requests for future conversations, please email us at questions2conversationpodcast@gmail.comDisclaimer: The Raw Conversations: Exploring the Unspoken Realities podcast is for general informational purposes only. Beliefs aren't facts. I know it might sting, but I'm saying that with the most love. How often do we question our beliefs, if ever? In this raw and eye-opening episode, I’m diving deep into the world of beliefs, especially the ones you’ve been carrying about yourself but you weren't aware of it. The ones that sound like facts but are really just practiced thoughts, passed-down stories, or old protective patterns.I’m sharing real-life examples (including my own “I just have road rage” story 😅), breaking down where our beliefs actually come from (hellooo, social + cultural conditioning), and exposing the common misconceptions that keep people stuck in loops they never chose.Oh, and we’re not just talking about it. I’m leaving you with a reflection exercise that can help you spot and shift those sneaky self-beliefs that have been running the show for way too long. It’s bold. It’s honest. It’s probably what you didn’t know you needed to hear.Join my email list and stay in the know - https://myrna-rivera.mykajabi.com/general-opt-in Follow me on Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/myrna_unfiltered/Link for the English journal - https://a.co/d/13UgpoR Link for the Spanish journal - https://a.co/d/280DnZb If you have questions or requests for future conversations, please email us at questions2conversationpodcast@gmail.comDisclaimer: The Raw Conversations: Exploring the Unspoken Realities podcast is for general informational purposes only. I’ve been talking about awareness, and now it’s time to dive into what comes next: acceptance. In this episode, I break down why acceptance is the next bold move after awareness.Because let’s be real: knowing something about yourself (or your circumstances) isn’t the same as being ready to do something about it.Acceptance isn’t settling. It’s not giving up.It’s standing in your truth—even when you don’t love it, even when you don’t know what’s next.I share a personal story, some hard truths, and a loving challenge to help you meet yourself (and others) with more compassion—even in the messy, human moments.Let this be your reminder:You didn’t come here to play small. And you’re not doing this alone.Follow me on Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/myrna_unfiltered/Link for the English journal - https://a.co/d/13UgpoR Link for the Spanish journal - https://a.co/d/280DnZb If you have questions or requests for future conversations, please email us at questions2conversationpodcast@gmail.comDisclaimer: The Raw Conversations: Exploring the Unspoken Realities podcast is for general informational purposes only. I'm coming back soon, my friends! This is a quick update on my return. Life has been lifing, and I took a break to stay afloat. I often talk about the importance of checking in with yourself and resting, and I wanted to be an example of that. Little did I know that it was going to be a six-month break. Nevertheless, I'm coming back soon. On this episode, I talk about the most important relationship you will ever have. As a society, we are conditioned (taught) to prioritize external validation and the pursuit of external accomplishments over internal growth and self-awareness. Join me as I candidly talk about this topic, acknowledging my own mistakes and learning as I go. I am only human, and in this episode, I am letting you take a peek into that part of me. Full disclosure – I asked ChatGPT a couple of questions, and I read part of the answers that I thought were pertinent to the discussion.Follow me on Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/myrna_unfiltered/Link for the English journal - https://a.co/d/13UgpoR Link for the Spanish journal - https://a.co/d/280DnZb If you have questions or requests for future conversations, please email us at questions2conversationpodcast@gmail.comDisclaimer: The Raw Conversations: Exploring the Unspoken Realities podcast is for general informational purposes only. In this episode, I invite you to stop and reflect on how you define things in your life. Are you using your own definition or someone else's? Being mindful of this can help you assess and determine your own values. Defining things based on your own definition can help improve your communication and relationships. How often do you feel rejected or avoid rejection altogether? In this episode, Kirstin and I talk about rejection and how it is often misunderstood. We tend to think that other people's decisions are a rejection of us, when in reality, it's just a decision. Maybe it was a rejection, but once you hear this episode, you will be able to decide for yourself. Regardless of whether it is rejection or not, you want to tune in and listen to this great discussion.Follow me on Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/unfiltered/Link for the journal - https://a.co/d/13UgpoR If you have questions or requests for future conversations, please email us at questions2conversationpodcast@gmail.comDisclaimer: The Raw Conversations: Exploring the Unspoken Realities podcast is for general informational purposes only. On this episode, I drop some reminders that came to fruition after I started recording. I didn’t know where I was going with this one, but it turned out beautifully. I mention the importance of looking within ourselves and doing the work there, before trying to change our external circumstances. Most of us are conditioned to look for the answers outside of ourselves, but I believe that the answers we need are within us. Tune in for a heartfelt message from yours truly. In this episode, I discuss the various types of emotional triggers and how they manifest in our lives. Although there are numerous types of triggers, I explain what a trigger is and its different forms. Often, we are unaware when we are triggered, which can lead us (and those around us) to interpret our behavior negatively. Join me to learn if you are responding due to an emotional trigger and discover what you can do about it.This episode is closely related to the previous one, "Trauma and Its Different Forms". In my opinion, it would be helpful to learn about trauma and its various forms so that you can find a possible connection to the triggers that I discuss in this episode. However, listening to the previous episode is not a requirement to learn about emotional triggers.Follow me on Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/myrna_unfiltered/Link for the journal - https://a.co/d/13UgpoR If you have questions or requests for future conversations, please email us at questions2conversationpodcast@gmail.comDisclaimer: The Raw Conversations: Exploring the Unspoken Realities podcast is for general informational purposes only.
