4 tips of upping your video marketing game. If you don't already know, video is the way forward in your Real Estate business. We can't talk enough about why video is important and how it enables you to connect with your community. Getting started has only become easier as the days pass. So unless you only want your competition to win through video and growing their business, it's time to take a dive in with the team on video. Start with your cell phone or a simple camera that shoots in 4k. Grab a gimble, tripod, or monopod, and get to shooting some great angles with video that isn't shaking all around. Make sure you have a mic or something set up for the best audio quality you can have. And lastly, find a great app that lets you edit the videos you shoot to the best of your ability. Remember, you shouldn't go out and buy the best of any type of equipment. Work your way up as you grow your skills. Never say these 7 words in negotiations. You want to make sure are coming from a place of strength and knowing that closing the deal is the most important thing. Screwing over the other side is not the objective and can hurt you in later deals in your career. 1) BUT is one of the words most often use the word, and that can hurt the way you communicate with people. 2) CAN'T is only a mask for something you don't want to do and isn't being honest with yourself or the person you're speaking with. 3) HOPE is conceding your strength or ability to the whims of the world. 4) NO and NOT is most often a way to back away from something that can be done when a yes can drive a higher level of customer service. 5) Negative actions or talk to create confrontation. 6) SHOULD, you are giving up control and not being confident in yourself or your abilities. 7) TRY, there is no try. 10 ways to avoid failure. Failure isn't a mystery to anyone, least of all not to those in production. Working full time or part-time, it's all about how you show up every day in your business. Having the savings or financial support to make the switch into the business so you have the runway to start and learn your business. Training is one of the vital lifelines to anyone in any profession, learn from those who came before you so you don't have the same struggles they have had. You shouldn't be trying to invent a new way to do business, in your first couple of years in the business. You must also learn how to lead generate for business. If your only way to get business is to pay a company that's trying to put you out of business, then you don't really have a business. It takes work, on a continual basis to drive the business into your system and grow you and your business. You have to take it a day at a time and stay focused on the process.
