Fanatical prospecting, driven lead generation, and growth. It's not going to walk up to you and magically elevate you to a 1% Realtor. It takes work, on a continual basis to drive the business into your system and grow you and your business. You have to take it a day at a time and stay focused on the process. While you don't have to be an expert in everything, you need to find a couple of lead generation paths that you are able to be your best in. Make sure that you're publishing the journey, either written, audio, video, or all of them. Encourage those around you to follow your journey and be a part of your success. Leverage others and support them as they support you in your growth. Be the community expert by connecting with others and showing your value....by giving to others. No one cares about how great you think your broker is or the team is. Show them the people, show them how they care relate or benefit from the work you're doing.
