It's challenging to start in this business at any time, let alone when everyone is struggling with a pandemic. So how can anyone thrive when we're all staying away from each other and some showings can be limited, depending on the property? This is when you start shifting how business is done and leveraging media and other forms of communication that keeps you safe and connected with people. Now, while you're new to the business, agents for years have been thinking about how to leverage social media to connect with people. You can take advantage of it and thrive while others struggle. 

You have to make the process easier for them. Make sure you communicate with clients, lead them down the path of the process, schedule everything for them, and stay focused on generating new business. You have to master some skills, but you don't have to be the master from the start. People want to see the journey, so don't try to be something you're not. Enjoy the process and document it.
