Finding Your Why

On today's episode, I interview Dr. John Ferrin. Dr. Ferrin spent 12 years in the Army Guard, he first started out in Field Artillery and then when in to Dentistry. Now he is a periodontist, he owns his own practice in Oregon and he has owned that for about 6 years. Dr. Ferrin also happens to be my brother-in-law.During his visit, we started talking about this topic of 'Finding Your Why' and how it can be applied in your work life as well as your personal life. He mentions a lot of great ideas of how to apply it and how often he and his team put this thought in to practice. He references the book 'The Advantage' where the first step to a successful organization (or your life) is Finding Your Why.
