Today’s question comes from Kev who is targeting a marathon next April. she sounds nervous, but this is a great listen as I'm a jogger not a runner yet but this podcast is great as I drink loads of water before my jog and I have a homemade protein ball or shake, it helps . thanks for this as I'm not a great podcast listener but I loved this
