2022-05-2001:01:46

Have you ever wanted to take a leap of faith and open your own business? Have you wanted to have more than one stream of income so you can enjoy some grander things in life? Entrepreneurship can be a really scary thing. Our journey has not been easy but taking the leap of faith has been one of the most rewarding self-development choices ever made.
Everyone is good at something but how did they become good at that something? There are certain qualities that must remain a constant to be good at something. What are those qualities and how can you use them to have success in your life?
Failure can affect people in different ways and people can take different things from each failure. What does failure mean to you? Is it an opportunity? Is it another challenge in an infinite game? It can stop us in our tracks or propel us forward to things we are actually meant to do and become the person we are set out to be.
How many times have you heard from your coach that you MUST remain consistent to achieve your goals? Probably a lot. Depending on your end goal, consistency can look different for each person. Where you are in life will determine your ability to remain consistent and your goals must match the effort you are willing to put in. What does true consistency look like? Depression can have many different faces and feelings. Anxiety and depression is something that almost everyone faces and has to learn how to manage. Exercise and proper nutrition can be a HUGE factor in managing depression on a regular basis.
When it is that time of month, working out and sticking to your nutrition plan can be a challenge! Learning and understanding where you are at in your cycle could actually determine which type of exercise you should be doing. Hormones fluctuate over the period of your 28 day cycle which has an impact on how your body craves food and how much energy you have to put towards your workout.
Our past self does not dictate our future self, our behaviors do. As we go through life, we go through different stages with our bodies and often set weight loss goals based on bodies we had 10-15+ years ago. Is that bodyweight a realistic goal? Are you willing to put in the work and make the sacrifices to get there? Sometimes re-evaluating what you truly want and willing to put the work in for is necessary to set achievable goals.
Making choices in line with our beliefs can be a challenge at times. True happiness and content with ourselves cannot happen if we don't lead an authentic life on a regular basis. We tend to think life has a level of expectations for ourselves. Society tells us we have to be and live a certain way but it is within our POWER to write our own story. Do your beliefs drive your actions? Are you happy with the life story you write each day?  "When our story does not match our beliefs, we judge ourselves as imperfect."
