I had heard stories about postpartum depression and anxiety, and I was worried that I would experience them too. unfortunately so many moms don't have the support they need when they need it.. and for so many they don't even realize the symptoms until it is already so bad...sometimes moms don't have parents, grandparents or other friends that lean in when they need it most.
That's why I'm sharing my story - to let other moms know that they're not alone. If you're struggling with postpartum depression or anxiety, please know that there is help available.
