There is a great deal of discussion of how mitochondria dysfunction is a major problem with chronic fatigue, but pretty much denial that anything works to fix it. Also, if the guest has any ideas of anything that helps, he carefully avoids mentioning any of those things. This was frustrating, and not a good use of my time.
