Relationship with Self and Self Love Welcome back to this weeks episode where we discuss  Last year I was in this place of pure joy, everything was sunshine and rainbows, literally everything was bright. That changed a bit this year, listen as I discuss how I am pulling myself out of that dark place and maintaining my relationship with self. What is self care/self love and what keeps you on track with your relationshipnwith self? Is it more than facials and massages ★Getting back on routine. Maintain a schedule Stop hitting the snooze button ★Getting regular sun. Y’all all know how I feel about sunshine. I start my day outside with my coffee and my .... ★Light your favorite candle ★Do things that bring you joy ★Doing stuff that I was told not to do as a kid Booty dances (Uncle Luke) Play in the rain. ★Say NO to things that you don’t want to do is self care.  Say NO, its a full sentence. Doing this out of obligation is a disservice to yourself.  My relationship with self needs to be fully intact before a relationship with anyone else. Take Away: Is healing a continuous journey?
