Quick Timeline to help through the episode:

November: Decided that the winter was not for me and decided to chase sunshine ( which was the original title for this podcast)

December: Told my family I was moving (my dad one first and he told me to leave then, I didn’t listen and stayed 3 months)

February: Put in 30 day notice at work

March: Through anxiety attacks, seasonal depression that kicked in in September and tears I moved. 

That sounds traumatic but it was what I needed to do to find me and what I want out of life
