I feel like this episode is a quintessential story of healing and wanderlust. I'm absolutely in love with the Tulita clean and 100% naturally derived natural fragrance range - and this is the story of its creation (and creatrix!)
Lucy Bradshaw has over 16 years of experience working for some of the best-known luxury beauty brands in the world such as YSL, Giorgio Armani and Lancôme where she worked in product development in Paris and Australia for almost two decades.
Like all good stories of overcoming, there is a plot twist.
On the brink of burn out and exhausted, Lucy discovered the practice of yoga and deepened her practice over years to eventually become a yoga teacher and certified chakra healer.
It was this unique fusion of life experience and expertise that inspired Lucy to create Tulita, a 100% naturally derived, wellness fragrance designed to balance chakra energy and enhance mood.
I hope you enjoy xx

Natalie is a lawyer turned ‘freedompreneur’ who knows the meaning of transformation. She is a certified holistic health coach with qualifications in yoga teacher training and shamanic energy medicine; co-founder of the leading cold pressed organic juice company @greenestreetjuice ; and a women’s business mentor @lakshmilocks.
I have had the pleasure of working closely with Nat over the last few months and I feel such an affinity to the way she operates in her feminine leadership within her life + business.
We are so aligned in our joint mission to get toxins out of the 'beauty' industry - while at the same time putting money back into the pockets of women who are open to seeing a new way to operate with 'flow' in life and business. Bring on the freedom era! Lakshmi energy indeed.
I hope you enjoy this deep and soulful chat as much as I did!
Much love xx

It seems fitting that today's podcast guest is travelling Australia in her Mercedes Sprinter Van, running her Naturopathic consulting business from her mobile 'office' - as I too am currently on the road, travelling from Melbourne to our new home in Western Australia.
Emma Drady is a women’s health naturopath and author. Her clinical naturopathic practice is completely digital meaning she is able to work from anywhere and is currently living on the road with her fiancé, experiencing the wonder of this magnificent country.
Emma’s first book Women & Nature was published in September 2023 and was an idea birthed during the pandemic as a way of encouraging more women to connect with the natural world as a way of healing.
I read Emma's book, immediately bought a copy for my beautiful sister-in-law and knew she would be a perfect fit for this podcast.
We went SO many places in this chat - life changing India travels featured heavily (like 99% of my guests it seems) and she shares an overview of some of the incredible and inspiring stories of the woman she profiles in her insightful book and their unique ways of connecting with nature to heal and thrive.
I hope you enjoy this conversation as much as I did.

I met todays podcast guest last year at a day retreat here in the Bayside area where he was one of the lead facilitators. What struck me was how he was able to hold the space so well, even with so many people in a state of resistance around getting into ice baths outside in the freezing Melbourne weather.
I had read a saying somewhere that our success in life is determined by our ability to sit in our own discomfort. This kept coming into my mind as I gingerly climbed into the ice - and immediately wanted to get out!
I thought I should get him on the podcast to talk about this AND I was also curious about what life events lead someone to create a business around this kind of deep healing.

Beautiful Friends and Listeners
Ahhh WHAT A YEAR. Stories of Healing and Wanderlust now 20 full episodes. 10 incredible guests and 10 solo eps.
This final solo episode is a recap of The Epic Year That Was.
A year where I busted my limiting beliefs, stepped into a greater version of myself and my purpose than I EVER thought possible and had a QUANTUM LEAP of a year both personally and professionally. I have absolutely LOVED coaching you, hosting retreats and sharing my deep love of yoga.
Don't get me wrong. It's not all roses all the time. So many years have felt like I was walking through mud. But we know what grows in the mud...THE LOTUS. One of the most beautiful and high vibrational flowers on earth. A symbol of wisdom and learning through challenge and struggle.
In this solo episode I cover:
How I started 2023 and a new ritual that I have implemented to welcome each year on a powerful note in a way that helps bring my visions to life.
The highlights from 2023 including my dream beach wedding in Margaret River and 3 month honeymoon to Europe and the UK.
The challenges that made it all worth it in the end. The parts that made me grow hard! *There were tears*
What I’m looking forward to in 2024 - BRING IT ON. You are all included in my vision for the New Year.
I also share details of my new FREE COURSE, retreats to Thailand and Bali and ways to work together in in the new year if you’re feeling the call to step a little closer into my world.
Finally, I share what my overall intentions are for 2024 and ask you to consider yours. We are all powerful creators of our own reality.
All I can say is I’M SO READY for the new year. Fresh energy. New beginnings. Heart and mind open.
Thank you for being here with me. I love my community more than you know. Safe travels into 2024. I shall meet you there.
Sending love!
Lou xx

Hello incredible friends and listeners.
Today's guest has been a much requested addition to the podcast so I thought it fitting to have them as the final guest for this first season.
Straight off the back of celebrating my amazing husbands 60'th birthday week, we recorded this podcast together at our kitchen table and invite you into our home.
We discuss things that he has never spoken about in a public forum before. He shares:
His early experiences of being placed in a Salvation Army orphanage
Being adopted and his feelings around that
Finding positive role models as young person living in a town with limited opportunity
Working in media and the Victorian police before starting his own crisis management company Crisis Shield, 13 years ago.
We also go into his (what I find) inspiring mindset around making the best of all situations and not being a victim - ever.
We also share what our plans are moving forward as a couple and our predictions for the future!
Hope you enjoy this conversation.

Hello beautiful friends and listeners
Today I have the incredible Sian Pascale as my guest. She is someone I have learned so much from in the last 5 + years and I consider her a friend, a wise teacher, an inspiration and a great example of feminine leadership.
In today's conversation we go deep into:
her current experience of pregnancy and hyperemesis gravidarum
How her successful yoga business The Light Collective came to be
Life in India, being an architect and leaving it all behind to follow the call of her soul to sharing yoga teachings with the world
'Escaping' Melbourne in 2021 via a vanlife journey to travel to her new home in the Northern Rivers
What it means to be a modern yogi, truth teller and activist
Her current insights and hopes for the future

Welcome back to another solo chat friends!
Today I go deep into the what I consider to be the very toxic trait of perfectionism. Trust me when I say I am a VERY aware of what having this tendency feels like...and its not comfortable nor does it necessarily make us good at something! Often it just makes us feel stuck or 'not enough'.
I now consider myself a recovering perfectionist but its big work that I have had to unravel over time and also something that comes up frequently in my coaching work with Highly Sensitive Women
I this episode I cover:
My 'failed' experiences trying to be 'perfect'
The distorting effect of social media
Why perfectionism can be a form of violence
How Highly Sensitive People are more susceptible to being perfectionists
How to shake off the shackles of perfectionism and BE FREE
My vision for the world where we encourage each other to take 'messy action' and 'micro movements' toward our dreams
I hope you enjoy this one!

Hello beautiful listeners and friends.
Today I have the amazing Ash Butterss as my guest. She is a fellow yoga teacher and someone who is deeply involved in the self-development and recovery space and is the creator and host of the incredible podcast Behind The Smile which focuses on smashing the stigma around addiction.
Ash has been sober since February 2020 when she made the brave move to go into rehab in Sydney as her life was falling to pieces around her. She was very high functioning and able to hold a great job but a tragic loss close to her home and heart bought her to her knees and she surrendered. At that time she wasn't aware that she would be finding a way to live without alcohol forever and thought she was just going to rehab to 'learn how to drink.'
She generously shares with us her story of addiction, loss and leaning into her newly found sobriety during lockdown in Melbourne while alcohol consumption in the city was at an all time high.
I celebrate Ash's vulnerable share and the incredible work she does in the recovery space as a Holistic Transformation Mentor who helps people step out from behind the smile and live their authentic truth.
I hope you enjoy her incredible story of overcoming.

Hello beautiful humans
Ill let this weeks solo chat speak for its self!
Let me just tell you, while we can always set intentions and try to manifest an outcome that we want, sometimes we just need to let go, trust and see what's actually coming.
Recently I had an experience where I was reminded that as 'consciously' as I like to think I am about creating this life that I love, sometimes I need to let go and realise there is a greater plan for me. And the universe is supporting that plan.
My DM's are open to anyone who has similar stories to make me feel better about this one.

Todays guest interview is with the incredible travel writer and author Nina Karnikowski.
I have absolutely LOVED Nina's writing for a few years and its an absolute honour to have her on the podcast to share her story of finding her feet as a young features writer in the newsroom, to her subsequent journey into the 'glamourous' world of full time travel writing, to the point where she had a heart breaking epiphany about the planet when she saw polar bears on melting ice caps on a trip to the Arctic.
Having worked as a travel writer for the past decade, Nina Karnikowski now writes about travel that conserves, educates and uplifts more than in destroys, and aims to demonstrate how travel can help solve societal and environmental problems.
She is the author of four books including the brand new memoir The Mindful Traveller and journaling prompt cards The Writer Within, as well as the sustainable travel handbook Go Lightly and the creative living book Make a Living Living.
We also chat about writing as a healing practice. Healing of ourselves and healing of the planet as we use this tool to create a clear channel to our highest self.
I loved this conversation so much. I hope you do too.

Hello beautiful listeners.
Today I have another short solo episode for you all about HEALTH and living in balance as a HSP.
While we might like to think that we can get away with burning the candle at both ends as High Sensation Seeking Highly Sensitive People, the truth is we really cant.
I have personally learned the hard way that if I don't prioritise my heath and wellbeing in ALL areas, I feel terrible and actually don't enjoy life.
When we invest into and prioritise our heath we get a FAR greater return than people who don't have the sensitivity trait - this is due to 'differential susceptibility' (being more affected by the good stuff as well as the bad stuff).
How good is that?!
In this episode I give you my Top Three Tips for moving towards balance and wellness as a HSP. Things that I consider non negotiable.
The first two you may be familiar with but the third is more high level stuff and it's what I continue to tweak in my own life.
I also recap our beautiful weekend away to the Metung Hot Springs. What a beautiful and health reviving place that is.
Much love!

Todays episode is a such a sweet privilege to share. Sammie is one of the incredible trainers at the Beautiful You Coaching Academy where I studied and has been an incredible mentor for me, having worked 1:1 with her last year. In this episode we go so, so deep (and there are some juicy parts)
We cover:
what it means to grow up as highly sensitive children and teenagers
the beautiful moment of realising that being highly sensitive is actually a superpower
the alchemy of travel
why HPS's often become 'seekers' of experience and spirituality
the nuances of Holding Space - for self and others
why coaching and mentoring may just be the BEST 'work' for us sensitive souls
I absolutely LOVED connecting with Sammie here and I hope you do too.

Hello beautiful friends and listeners
I am back in Melbourne after our big trip and what an incredible time of learning and adventure it was. I have always known that WANDERLUST is a big part of my life so when I am fortunate enough to 'scratch this itch', i'm here for it.
In this solo episode I bring some new science into the mix and discuss what it means to be (and travel) as a High Sensation Seeker (HSS) when you are also a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP). Where do you think you sit on this scale? Have you ever wanted to 'touch the fire' over and over again- even when it burns? Im guilty of this for sure!
I believe self knowledge is POWER and when we get to know the intricacies and nuances of our own body, mind and spirit we are better able to relate to ourselves and others in an empowered way.
Also, my new group mastermind the Soulful & Sensitive Mentorship is officially OPEN for enrolment and i'm so excited to kick off in September! I share more details at the start of this episode.
Much love, Lou xx

Trigger warning- pregnancy loss
Hello beautiful listeners
Todays episode is an emotional and delicate yet empowering conversation with the lovely Leah Leaver. She generously shares with us her brave story of motherhood that sadly includes the loss of two pregnancies, alongside the joyous and healthy birth of her two beautiful girls.
Leah wanted to share her powerful story with the intention of demystifying and reducing the stigma around pregnancy loss. She is somehow able to hold the duality of intense grief alongside the palpable joy of having her girls with her now.
We also discuss how her dedicated yoga practice evolved throughout the entire motherhood journey, why it's important that women have the highest level of support as they are bringing babies into the world and how she desires to assist other women who have been through similar experiences to her with the aim of reducing the isolation and loneliness that can be felt.
I deeply honour Leah for sharing so vulnerably and I have linked her contacts below for anyone who wishes to contact her.

Hello beautiful listeners
Its so great to be back with another solo chat. Im LOVING living in London for part of this summer and today is in fact the longest day of the year. I truly feel the Solstice energy supporting me as I create and get back into work mode and my business. In this episode I give you a little run down on what life is like right now, including new offers that are coming up from me in the near future.
I also discuss why having a daily yoga practice of some kind is SO GOOD when you are a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) and what a 'practice' might look like. There are so many ways to connect with yourself and I outline why its just so beneficial for our sensitive souls to have some time looking inwards. In this episode I go deep into my own experience of finding solace and healing through a yoga practice and also share how varied my practice can look like depending of where I am and how i'm feeling on any given day.
Lastly I discuss why I am re embracing minimalism! I love this philosophy and finding it again has made me feel so calm and abundant.
Hope you enjoy listening to my musings as must as I enjoyed recording this one.
Much love, Lou x

Welcome back to the podcast my beautiful friends. In this solo two part episode I give you an insight into whats been going on in our honeymoon travels so far. The good, the bad, the frustrating and the unexpected. Things don't always go to plan and while that can be hard for a meticulous Virgo planner like myself, I have learned enough about staying open to The Universe's plan and how to lean into surrender along the way, which helps me DAILY. In part one of this episode I give you the insights that came to me and the lessons that were reinforced for me AND I share how we randomly ended up in the presidential suite at a different hotel in Barcelona - through no effort of our own.
Part two - (from 28 minute mark) I dive into the wild and mysterious story of the town of Lourdes and the miracles that are said to have occurred there since the 1850's when a 14 years old girl was 'gifted' a series of visions that changed the destinty of this tiny French town forever. I ask that you take off your 'beliefs' hat and put on your 'entertaining possibilities' hat as I take you on my personal journey with this town that stated 20 years ago...with a golden coin.
Hope you enjoy! As always please rate and review on the apple podcast app and share if you feel called to. Much love xx

'Krissy' is a fun loving mover and shaker who you may know from the Melbourne yoga scene. Expressing himself through the body has always came naturally and both dance and yoga have played an integral role in his journey.
With a performing arts career that began at the age of 15, dance quickly became the focus of his formative years. Kristian was also introduced to the yoga practice by his aunty Tracy (a beautiful teacher) at the age of 17. With these two passions Kristian travelled the world from the US to the UK, Germany, Stockholm, Paris and wound up back home in Sydney Australia. Now settled in Melbourne, he shares a holistic approach to the body and loves bringing ancient wisdom into the modern world.
We discuss:
Working at the Moulin Rouge in Paris
Touring in musical theatre shows
Travelling for work and a sense of isolation at this time
Spiritual journeys to Bali and India
Meditation, the journey inwards as an ‘extrovert’ and his personal journey with stillness
Community building in Melbourne
Hope you enjoy!
