Veronica has over 17 years of experience in the real estate industry as a Loan Officer, Transaction Coordinator & Managing Principal Broker. A true country girl at heart, working with acreage properties comes naturally to her. She is knowledgeable about the nuances that accompany the sale of estate acreage, vineyards and equestrian facilities, and works hard to guide her clients through the process, no matter the price point.
As a proud mother of 4 adult children and grand daughter, Veronica has been highly involved with the community for over 25 years. Volunteering in her children's classrooms, participating in City Council and working with the local YMCA are longtime passions of hers. Veronica is currently a Board Member of the Women's Council of Realtor, serving as President Elect and also serving on the Professional Standards & Ethics Committee. In her spare time, she volunteers with Meals on Wheels, providing love and kindness to her community's senior citizens.
Today my guest is Rita Wilkins. Rita Wilkins is a nationally recognized interior design and lifestyle design expert known as “The Downsizing Designer, TEDx speaker and author of the best-selling book, "Downsize Your Life, Upgrade Your Lifestyle."
As an interior designer for the past 38 years, she has designed thousands of residential and commercial interiors throughout the United States... everything from Supreme Court Justice Chambers to corporate penthouses to tiny kitchens and tiny houses.
As a lifestyle designer, Rita speaks to audiences across the country on the impact of living abundantly with less. She challenges them to disrupt their status quo thinking so they can have more time, money, and freedom to pursue what matters most to them.

Today my guest is Kathryn Timpson. Kat Timpson is President of WCR North Central New Jersey and an award-winning Realtor and public speaker. In 2020, Kat pivoted to focus on real estate investments and commercial real estate so created a partnership in Coldwell Banker Realty to help with those properties and projects. That partnership: TLo Property Solutions is on track to do over $5 million in business in the first year. Kat is passionate about issues around diversity and inclusion. particularly for women. Recently, Kat has been speaking about the importance of women's financial literacy and the need for women's enhanced understanding of and participation in real estate as an asset class for investment. Today my guest is Martha Liriano. Martha has been on the front line of real estate since 2003 and licensed Realtor since 2008. Martha also serves currently as the President of the Washington DC Network for Women’s Council of Realtors and will soon be a speaker at her state’s Convention.
Having been on her own since she was 15 years old, due to the death of her single parent, she has been able to build herself from the ground up, helping and leading many to victory while being a single mother to 3 wonderful kids. She’s built a solid system of treating people with honesty, acceptance, understanding and respect; this alone has been her main ingredient in life.
Today I talk with Jean Stefaniak. Jean is part owner of The Stefaniak Group in Milwaukee along with other family members. They are a generational family owned real estate company. Jean is consistently among the top 10% of Realtors in the Greater Milwaukee Association, but her success in sales has not stopped her from volunteering her time to work for the real estate industry and homeownership causes. While Jean doesn't believe a work life balance is possible, she works in harmony with the two.
Beverly Whipple has branded herself as “Your Tattooed Realtor” in her Southern Utah real estate market where she’s made quite a name for herself as such. Beverly had previously worked as staff manager of a large St. George, Utah brokerage where she not only managed the staff but also the every day workings of a a real estate office. After almost 6 years of running the inside of a real estate office she decided she wanted to get in front of the business and became a full-time Realtor June of 2015 and has never looked back!
Currently holding 13 destinations/certifications Beverly considers herself on the frontlines of education in her St. George market, absorbing as much as she can about the industry to further her client base and overall knowledge of, what she says is her “calling”, career in Real Estate.
Today my guest is Linda Scherrer.. Linda is the owner of Inner Wisdom and Wellness, a yoga & reiki studio in Franklin. She teaches Hatha Yoga, which is your typical yoga with mostly standing postures and yin yoga, which is mostly on the ground postures for deep stretching.
Linda believes yoga is more than just postures. She believes in the power of yoga to bring energetic balance to the body, mind and spirit. She incorporates breath work, meditation, sound healing, essential oils, crystals, and energy medicine techniques in her yoga classes and also in Reiki sessions.
Linda is also a reiki master teacher and helps people shift energy to heal physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally.
She is passionate about empowering people with tools to alleviate stress, strengthen their intuition and follow their divine path and live their best life.
